The condo has a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room area. There is a wood burning fireplace - hard to find in mountain resorts these days! A full kitchen and dining space for 6 are found in this condo as well, making it an incredible value for your group of friends or small family. Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8 in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots in the winter and free in the summer.



From this condo it is an easy walk to shops/restaurants or to the hiking trails, mountain bike trails, or the ski trails. The hot tub is just out the door. Everything you need in a mountain vacation is easily accessible from this conveniently located condo on Snowmass Mountain just next door to the Base Village area. In Base Village you will find The Treehouse children's ski school, the Elk Camp gondola and Fanny Hill chair lift, restaurants, shops, lift ticket office - all just 25 yards away. From the Base Village you may catch the Sky Cab to the upper mall area where you can enjoy shopping/restaurants as well as the free summer concert series. For great adventure, take the Elk Camp Gondola up to the Lost Forest for a ride on the breathtaker Alpine Coaster, Treeline Trial Challenge Course, and Rugged Ascent Climbing Wall. In addition, the Lost Forest operates as a home base for fishing, hiking, and disc golf.



The property has an outdoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. Just 2 blocks away you will find the transportation center where you can catch a free shuttle to any of the other 3 mountains for year round adventures or to downtown Aspen.     House was in great condition and a superb location for skiing. Short walk to the main lift, and then ski right to the back door when you are done. The layout with the dual beds was nice for a father/daughter trip or a trip for two friends. The host was great and communication was excellent. We had a great time and will return.

    The location is perfect - apartment is on the second floor if you come from the parking lot, but because the building is located on the slope, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that we can exit the apartment on the back side stepping into the patio. So we used that exit/entrance for the entire stay. that back door allowed quick access to the hot tab and swimming pool. Also we didn't need to use the Ski room in that case (it's located on the first floor)., we could keep the skis in the apartment next to the patio door placing them into prepared low rise rubber bin, the boots were going into same bin, so no damage to the floor or water spills from the show remnants. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. The excellent humidifier was keeping rooms moisturized. Kitchen was very well equipped. Parking spot was covered and easily accessible. We enjoyed the stay very much! The customer service team was very responsive and attentive to all requests.

    Location is fantastic right next to Snowmass village, but what made my experience stand out was the mgmt team’s service. My wife requested a hair dryer, and it was delivered in literally five minutes. They were also accommodating to a late check out and luggage storage. We would absolutely stay here again.

    Property was a little dated (bathroom, kitchen, living room). Kitchen had only the basics. Heating was a little tricky, it got fairly cold overnight. Communication and location were good. Be aware the property does charge extra 30 dollars to have a package shipped there ahead of time.

    Our family loved this comfortable, cozy condo. Ski-in / ski-out location was ideal. Right next to ski school for our kids. Parking was super convenient and it was really nice to have laundry and a full kitchen. Hot tub was great as well! Beds were very comfortable. Woodburning fireplace made it very cozy as well. We will stay here again!
