The plush furnishings and smart TV in the living area will make streaming favorite movies and shows a breeze, and the cooks of the group will have no trouble whipping up tasty meals using the modern appliances in the full kitchen. Need to get a bit of work done while away No problem. The free WiFi and desk have you covered for checking emails and perhaps attending a Zoom call while away.

Things to Know
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.

    Property was just as advertised. Shuttle to the mountain is only a short 2-3 ride. The spa area was amazing.

    Easy access with vacasa. Pool, hot tub all in the same building. Restaurant in the building as well. This unit in particular is very dated. Furniture is in poor condition and probably from the 1980s. Kids actually refused to sleep on the pull out couch because the mattress springs were very uncomfortable. Personally I thought the sofa “cushions” were uncomfortable. The table and chairs are in their last stages of life and need to be tightened, glued or retired. Linoleum is peeling from the floor in the bathroom. All that being said it’s convenient and cheap. Would stay again for the price.

    We booked it to get the spa amenities. The room was supposed to include a card to let us into the spa. We called, texted multple times and no one helped. They dropped off another key on day 3 but it also didnt work. There were also construction issues that weren't communicated. We would of booked elsewhere if we knew there wasn't going to be pool, hot tub, sauna access.

    We arrived for our ski getaway to find a note Dishwasher Leaks. I contacted VRBO via chat where they recommended that we hand wash our dishes. I quickly replied 'can we get it repaired?' with no response. This was reported by another guest (reviews) but still broken. We actually had to rewash most of the dishes we used as they were not clean in the cupboard. Also, like others have commented, there was loud banging noise that woke us 3 times the first night and at least once the next two nights. It sounded like pipes in wall? Or maybe something banging on the outside of the building? Ghosts? Others have reported this. The parking garage space was too small for our Dodge Durango... the pillars leave enough room for two compact cars. No worries we found we could load and unload via the slider door as it was an ally to a service door, so that is your view. We still had fun ;) despite, these issues. Carpet, floor, bathroom all very clean, the king bed was comfortable, the unit is very roomy. The fireplace is not usable, a sign from the fire warden Do Not Use under penalty... sigh. Building is run down with shingles missing from roof, looks like they are working on upgrading. Amenities are nice, got some gear at Black Dog ski shop, restaurant was nice and bartender very welcoming. Pool seemed clean, and staff very pleasant.

    Dishes were dirty, that's the plates, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and cooking utensils. Parking garage was great. The dish washer leaked only to find out it was broken.

    No mountain views in this room. Damaged furniture, lampshade, and peeling floor in bathroom. High fees. Funny to me that there is a sign and the tools to use the fireplace but then a sign on the fireplace saying if you use it, you will be fined.

    We were delighted with the condo. Very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet at night for sleeping. My only request would be to shorten the code to open the door. 10 digits really. A recent place I stayed used the last 4 digits of my phone number. How cool is that.

    We stayed here for 4th of July weekend and had a great time. This place was definitely more meant for the winter season, but there was still a lot to do in the area. The only things that were confusing were parking and the room lock. The instructions we got for parking did not apply to our stay as construction was going on. The indoor parking was closed and the lot in the back seemed to just be for construction vehicles. When we called the Vacasa customer service, we were told to send pictures of the back lot. I did so and the only response I got was, Thanks for sending us the picture with no resolution The lock to our door was too complicated. We ended up leaving it unlocked or having to enter the 10 digit code. The key provided did not seem to work One thing we really enjoyed was the health club. We used the pool, hot tub, infrared sauna, and steam room. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were both at a nice temperature. Wish we could go back to that
