Stayed Aug 20, 2022Overall we had a very good experience with our rental. This was our first time staying there. It was 3 adults and 3 children. They loved the pools and being able to walk right to the beach without crossing the street. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We had to clean and sanitize all surfaces and floors except for a bathroom. Old mildew smelling hand towels were left at the kitchen sink. Drain was full of I don't know what. Bathroom sink and tub didn't drain well. We did not get notice about linens, apparently the terms changed 2 days after we booked so it would've cost extra. It was also another fee just to use the parking garage. For such a large building and 7 nights at the price we paid I expected better. Not worth the price! All in all we were happy to be on vacation and at the beach just happy with our place.

Stayed Aug 28, 2021Everything was great except the fabric on all the furniture was dirty. We covered it in bed sheets so we could sit and lay on it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Coffee maker had grounds in it, light bulbs out, clothes left in dresser from previous tenant, bar of soap left in shower, dead bugs around windows, clothes drying rack broken on balcony, a big moth found on the bed, bedroom with carpet not vacuumed, etc. With all these things wrong, we didn’t feel confident that “extra” cleaning and disinfecting was done to prevent Corona, so we wasted the first couple hours of our vacation cleaning and disinfecting.

Stayed Jul 6, 2019All was good. Nice place. Having to go to pick up keys was inconvenient. Other than that, would definitely consider staying here again. The grounds keepers at sea Watch do a FANTASTIC JOB keeping the place nice.
