Comfortable Condominium on the Beach

This condo has a great location and we've had great experiences with the complex and other guests. The condo had everything we needed and accurately matches the photos in the listing.

Condo was outdated, but clean. It lacked basics, such as extra toilet paper rolls, dish soap, extra garbage bags, and a spatula. The balcony has a partial view of the ocean, but lacks any comfortable furniture.

Property & pool were nice. 99% sure I didnt click check out on Friday. Thought I rented Sat to Sat. Had tickets bought for an event Fri. Night so coming home Friday wasnt an option. So check out was a disaster, since we thought we had another day there yet!! Saw cockroaches on outside balcony a few times

Our favorite place to stay in OBX!! Close enough to everything, but still quiet and relaxing!!

The condo was clean, easy to get to, and close to a lot of attraction! It was perfect!

Good view of the beach and just steps to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Our only suggestion is to get new cookware. (Non-stick was scratched and chipping). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean.

I thinking a new paint for the building could be nice. My first impression when I got in front tthe door was a little bit scared. Doors nob has a lot of rust because the ocean. But, overall was a nice, clean and on the budget for the last minute deal.

Condo was fine, but definitely dated. The location was great. I was surprised there was no laundry detergent and only a tiny bar of hotel style soap in each bathroom. Definitely not enough for a 5 night stay.

Older unit, 2nd floor, no elevator but luggage caddy, quiet and good parking, no frills but solid accommodation.

The unit is sold and comfortable-spacious and one beautiful sightline to the ocean from the main bedroom. Easy access to the beach, Jennette’s pier, Sam & Omie’s, and in the middle of all the good stuff the outer banks has to share. The owners are great and communication is easy. Enjoy your stay!

Everything was exactly as described. The beach was easily accessible and very clean. We used one of the pools and it was clean as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was nice to be able to walk 2 blocks to the Catholic Church on Sunday.

Property met expectations, location was excellent.

Nice Beach Side location, roomy 2 BR condo with all housekeeping appliances, supplies, dishes, etc. Unit bathrooms and kitchen are a little 'dated, but clean. Exterior porch needs a good cleaning, pressure washing and painting, mold on railings and floor, rusty nails showing thru painted clap board. Porch furniture with broken seat slats. Walkway to beach is in rough shape, wood rails just about falling apart.

We've previously vacationed at this property, but this was our first time at this condo. Everything went great for our stay and the room had everything we needed. As others have mentioned, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable.

The listing was very accurate. Unit was clean on arrival. Check-in/Check out was easy and owner was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. This was our first trip to OBX and this location was nice. Quiet, far enough away from everything but close enough to convenience stores and Jeanette's pier. It's also only about a two minute walk to the beach. We had a great time and there was plenty of room for family of 4 with adult children.

Overall great experience. Location is great. The unit is clean and the checkout process easy.
