Comfortable condo with fireplace & washer/dryer - close to slopes

The upstairs bathroom fan was ridiculously annoying, loud sound when you turn the light on.

Poor communication in checking into the property other than that everything was great.

Great location. Great space. Lots of linens, laundry and dishwasher pods, and comfy beds. Would stay again.

Plenty of room for our family. Nice separation of space. Location from downtown a little further than we wanted but all in all a great property. Always had a parking space close to our rental.

We loved this place! So clean and spacious. Perfect for our 5 day stay! Close to downtown, 20 minute walk.

Very old property with minimal upgrades. Living space much smaller than suggested by photos. Several door jam strike plates were unsecured and missing screws. Poor lighting, outdated artwork, slippery showers

Three of us stayed at this property which was attractive, very clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in and around Jackson. Every amenity was available, with the exception of three small things that we needed: dishtowels, tin foil and ziplock bags. Just load those in and you'll have a perfect rental!

The home was in a great location and had a nice layout with two living rooms. I did notice a few odd smells. The lack of air conditioning (as noted in the description) made it uncomfortable to sleep in. With windows accessible from the ground level patio and porch and upstairs bedroom I didn’t feel safe leaving them open all night and it became uncomfortably warm without them open.

The location was good. Need to tell more about the condo. Three of us have arthritis and l knew about steps inside. I said we need lower level. Was told it was. Not! Two levels of steps!

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Jackson Hole at the SnowKing. This place has an AMAZING location to downtown Jackson Hole, very nice walk to/from. The only thing we would change is a larger sofa by one of the TV's so that our whole family could relax together. I know it stays relatively cool in this area all year long and AC may not make a lot of sense in Colorado... but when it does get hot in June, it can be difficult to sleep on the 2nd floor. The host supplies lots of fans which was wonderful and very gracious of them to help to cool everyone off. The place is stocked nicely with everything you should need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. It was a beautiful place, would definitely stay here again.

One bed had quarter sized yellow candy stuck to sheet. Other bed had black mark under pillow and stain on middle of sheet. Staff did not come that night to fix it. (Their next day is within 24 hrs.) We used sheets in closet that didnt fit deep mattress. Sink and bathtub drained slow. Fell on steps leaving propery while carrying heavy suitcase because last step is half step. Team gave me cleaning fee back but i told them that morning we were leaving becuase we couldnt trust towels were clean either. To make things worse sign on wash machine said do NOT clean sheets or towels, they have to be done by professional staff!! I told them we were checking out because of cleaning and sub par home for price. We left around 11 and still no one had come to replace sheets or towels. Spoke to several people and provided pics. Manager even said Ew what is that? When she saw sheet pic. I asked her if she would have slept there and she said No! I think I should have gotten refund for stay. It creeped us out seeing those sheets, totally unacceptable

Condo was nice for my wife and I on our ski trip. Could use some bigger tv’s and update bathrooms other than that bed was comfy

This place was perfect for two parties to have some privacy after traveling together all day, but also nice for hanging out together in front of the fireplace, playing games and watching TV. Only negative is the light / fan in the upstairs bathroom makes a HORRIBLE noise!!
