You'll also be a quick drive from Gulf World (four miles southeast), Shipwreck Island Waterpark (six miles southeast), Camp Helen State Park (six miles northwest), and the white sand beaches that await all along Scenic Route 30A (seven miles northwest).

This condo was clean and well maintained! The location to the beach was awesome. This condo is located on in the top floor of the building, and no elevator. However, it was nice and quiet.
Pool was right across the place kids loved it. Easy walk to the beach. The rooms had plenty of space for our family. Apartment is on top floor so be mindful of that. Will stay again!
The location of this unit is great. Only a few minutes to the beach.
THE CLOSENESS TO THE BEACH!!!! CLEAN AND GOOD STORAGE
I had never been to Panama City Beach before (we usually stay closer to Navarre/Destin), but we really enjoyed ourselves. The beach is about a five-minute walk from the apartment, and the apartment itself is comfortable and easy to hang out in. Only downside is that it's only accessible by two fairly steep flights of stairs -- not necessarily what you're hoping to encounter when you're tired after a long day at the beach. But overall, I'd recommend for sure.
Everything was clean and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

First off when we arrived the unit was kinda dirty. The floors were not cleaned and there was hair in the shower. There was no toilet paper or paper towels. Then we were immediately harassed about parking passes that we did not have. It took back and forth calling to Vacasa about the situation and we still didn’t get parking passes until the next day. Mind you I had to keep calling and checking on them for the fear of our bikes getting towed. I stated we had motorcycles and we were given 1 paper pass. That was difficult. Then we rented a golf cart (because my friend was pregnant and had a newly broken ankle that just had surgery on and was in a cast) so she could get around. We were then harassed about that. We were not allowed to have that on the property. NO WHERE IN MY RENTAL AGREEMENT OR HOUSE RULES DID IT STATE THAT IT WAS NOT ALLOWED. We found out by being harassed and threatened for it to be towed. After I had already spent quite a chunk of $$$ with no refunds allowed. They were also very unhelpful about were we could park it. After several calls to Vacasa ONCE AGAIN, I never received any help or reimbursement. I had to take the golf cart back and loose out on $350. I never received a call back until today 5 days later and I’m not even there anymore. I have never had so many problems and been harassed so many times. I will never stay at this place again and hope to never have to deal with that property manager again. As far as Vacasa, the people I talked to were nice even though they could never really get in touch with the property manager.
Loved it. It was nice and clean. Right across street from beach. Quiet area. Front and back balcony. Would definitely stay again.
