Comfortable, Coastal, Beachy Condo with Balcony, Pool, Tennis Court & Family Fun!

Had a great stay at this property for Memorial Day weekend. Easy access to beach and pool And everything was a short drive.

Everything was super clean and sade

The condo was roomy enough for our family of 6, and with a fully stocked kitchen it made meal times easy. We loved being so close to the beach and the kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room. The condo was quiet. Loved being able to be on the small patio watching and listening to the waves. It had everything we needed. Close to the beach and close to anything you could need. Would absolutely stay here again! After I booked my initial dates, I needed to change it. I emailed and they got the dates switched for me right away. I also got emails throughout my stay making sure everything was going well. Would recommend staying here!

We loved it there. It felt light and clean. It was so close to the beach and other attractions. We would definitely recommend.

Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, property was great. Only complaint was that the entryway smelled of smoke when we arrived. We sprayed a bunch of fragrances to cover it.

Very close to the beach. Clean and bright. Didn’t use the pool or communicate with anyone associated with the property.

The condo was really nice and the room set up was great. The only thing I would have liked was to know that the construction started way before 8. It was advertised as 8-5 and the construction never started at 8. It was always way before 8. Had we known we would be woke up at 5 something every morning with the construction we would have stayed somewhere else. Yes the rates were cheaper bc of the construction but the rates were not low enough to be woken up at 5 something everyday.

Everything is excellent with them. Always improving and making it better!

Well appointed condo that was as advertised. Great assortment of beach accessaries. When we had an issue with a beach umbrella the management company was quick to respond with a new umbrellas. Management company was awesome on all facets of the

We are very familiar with Cocoa Beach and the location was right in the middle of everything. Unit was spacious and clean. We were able to cook all of our meals and hang out comfortably with our family.

Fantastic place to stay! Pool and Hot tub on-site and ocean right there. Didn’t need to bring anything but sunscreen as the condo had everything you could possibly need including sand toys!

Very clean, well equipped place with kitchen, bath and beach necessities. Owner very responsive, area is safe and within close range of many restaurants& activities.

Love the location of Sandcastles condos, the complex is clean and well-maintained. The property management company, Stay in Cocoa Beach, was excellent to work with! Would stay here again.

Clean, comfy, and perfectly located to beach, restaurants, and shopping(2 teen girls?). Well supplied kitchen, 2 full baths and beautiful sunrises from balcony. We alternated between beach and pool several times a day. Weather HOT, waves were fun with the supplied boogie boards!! Felt safe and secure, had very good instructions before we arrived and contact with manager during stay. We lacked for nothing during our stay, just enjoyed our time there!!! Thank you
