Comfortable, clean & well equipped 2bd 2bath - overlooking lagoon

We usually pick a condo that has a view of the ocean but we waited last minute and this was THE NEXT BEST THING! Beautiful lagoon view with an alligator viewing everyday. Easy access to pool and beach. The condo was not missing a thing-we will be coming back!

All in all, it was a good stay. The receptionists at check in aren’t overly friendly and welcoming. However, the condo is how it appears in the listing. It was clean and instantly we noticed how good it smelled when we arrived. It had anything we needed. The appliances were too notch. More washcloths and towels would’ve been nice, so you may want to pack a few extra. The laundry is by the fitness room. Make sure you download the CleanApp to use there. It’s pretty small and parking isn’t great for the laundry, but we made it work. There are multiple beach chairs and a wagon for use. It is a little haul to the beach, so if I had young kids, I would consider renting something closer. For us, it wasn’t an issue. The best part was the resident alligator that lives in the lagoon. He made an appearance almost everyday. That was a highlight for sure. If you want to eat at the resort, Gatorz pizza is highly recommended. The hot honey pepperoni was very good!

We loved our stay at HHI Beach and Tennis Resort. Condo was beautiful with a view of the lagoon and lots of wildlife as well as pool and beach access! Condo itself was very clean and stocked well with anything you would need to cook in or pack and head to the beach for a day! Dee was a great hostess!

We enjoyed the property very much. Everything was pretty much as described. The basket of snacks were enjoyed by all. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but if you're planning to spend most of the day out there it isn't too much of an issue.

Condo was a wonderful place to stay for a family of three. Clean, modernized, nice amenities, good location in the resort. The basket of snacks upon arrival was a kind touch. Seeing all the turtles in the lagoon was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Dee is an amazing host! She went over and beyond with anything we needed. She was always warm and welcoming and even after our stay, her follow up with my family has been genuine. I feel I made a friend from this vacation. I can’t imagine anyone not having an excellent experience with Dee. As for the condo, it was clean and decorated very nicely. There wasn’t anything we needed- pretty much everything was already provided. Enjoyed my coffee every morning on the balcony.Great place, great area and great host!

Condo community was as described, and it was nice to have the beach bar, but the facility is older. The unit was updated nicely, but very small. In my opinion, no more than 4 guests should stay. We could barely fit our suitcases on the floor of the main bedroom and had to step over them to get to the bed. The balcony overlooking the pond was nice. I was thankful our host allowed us to check in 90 minutes early, however we had no idea where to park or the unit number. I called and the host seemed a little annoyed because she claimed to have sent me the information prior, but I never got an email. I use the VRBO app and none of the details were included as to picking up parking passes, unit number and that an additional parking pass was only available for a 40 fee and should have been arranged prior. If renting with VRBO all that information should be provided in the app or at the very least a note letting the guest know they should get a separate email with the details and if you don't get the email to reach out. We stay at VRBOs often and this was very unusual and kind of annoying. No beach towels were provided and only one towel per guest. No extra trash bags for the kitchen can. They did have a nice welcome basket with snacks. Beds were comfortable.

My wife and I went to play golf and visit since we had never been there before. Had a wonderful time at the resort visiting the pool and eating at the club. The weather was great until rain on the last day. Would enjoy returning for another visit.

Well cared for and kept up. Pools are nice and the beach is beautiful. Close to restaurants, stores and beaches.

My family had the best week staying at this condo. Super clean and updated renovations made this a super cozy, relaxing week. Easy, close parking with a short 5-10 minute walk to the pool and beach. The welcome basket of snacks was a great touch. My daughter even loved the couch bed! Relaxing deck for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Thank you so so much for sharing your space with us. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a fun visit to HHI, and this place was in a great location - close to many stores and restaurants, and on site beach bar with great food as well. Condo was well equipped - but laundry is an on-site laundromat. The second bedroom was great for kids, and the updates in the condo were really nice. The only complaint is that the master bedroom king mattress should be replaced and was not a new mattress as indicated in one of the listing pictures. It was sunken in on both sides and was not comfortable, at all. The host is responsive and helpful and contacted us when the condo was ready so we could check in early. If you’re looking for a place in a great HHI location, this would be a fun place!

Loved everything about this condo! Easy to check in and was clean and comfortable! The place was also a five minute walk to the beach which was the best part for us. We will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much!

Dee is amazing to work with. She answered all my questions both before and during the trip. Everythung was as specified in the listing and better. We have been staying at Beach and Tennis multiple times a year since 2004 and have never had a host to welcome us with a basket of goodies, extra supplies, and have EVERYTHING we needed! These little extra touches were so incredible and we will definately stay with them again!

This condo is so cutely decorated. It worked out perfectly for our needs. The host was wonderful!!
