Comfortable beachfront condo with beach setup - quick drive to dining!

Extremely pleased with this property! It was clean, and everything was very nice and in working order. It had all the pots / pans / dishes / utensils that we needed! The washer / dryer was also a plus! You absolutely cannot beat the complimentary beach chairs / umbrella service that came along with this rental (50 per day if you had to pay out of pocket to rent), and we loved being able to walk right out onto the beach! The balcony view was nice! We also loved the fact that the property was gated and required a code to enter. Can’t say enough good things about Island Echos 3E! Highly recommend - thanks for a great stay!

The cleanest condo we ever stayed in, big shower, great view of beach from bedroom, we never heard traffic or people walking down hallway, never had to wait on an elevator, plenty of room on the beach. The only negative thing was no ceiling fans. 10 out of 10

Beautiful setting right on the beach. Accommodations were perfect for our family. Beach chairs & umbrella provided were an added bonus. Fun memories made, we will definitely be back!

Listing was accurate. The place was clean. Check in and check out was easy. Easy access to the beautiful beach. The entire property was clean. We had a couple issues with the gate code and the door code that were resolved quickly. There was a smell at the entrance near the closet that I believe was a dead mouse, but that can happen anywhere. We would recommend this condo.

We were given the wrong door code at check in so getting in condo was delayed, as it needed reset. Other than that it was a great trip and the condo met all of our needs!

This was a cute condo with all amenities available. It's close to everything without the hustle and bustle of Destin traffic. Would recommend 10000%

I feel obligated to let others know about the condition of this condo. It needs a major overhaul. A fresh coat of paint or a magic eraser would do wonders. There are stains everywhere - the walls, the floors, the furniture, as well as the throw pillows. The carpet is terrible. You will not want to put bare feet on the floor. Aside from the condition of the condo, the cleanliness was an even bigger let down. The sheets on the master bed were clearly not changed. This was evident when the imprint of a body and food crumbs were seen once you pulled the blanket back. There was water and sand on the dining room table. It had not even been wiped down from the previous tenants. One of the tubs had not been cleaned. The list goes on, but you get the picture. For the price we paid, you would expect better.

Was kinda disappointed in this unit. Patio table had ashes and crumbs, shower curtain had mold on it and the floors needs to be deep cleaned. Needed pot holders and cookie sheet in kitchen. The elevators were not operable for 3 hours on Sunday. Property Management company was responsive.
