Olympus WaterPark. Three excellent golf courses, including one at Chula Vista, also vie for your attention. Wintertime visitors will love the indoor/outdoor water park at the resort, plus easy proximity to snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing at Christmas Mountain. No matter when you’re here, don’t leave without sampling some of the Dells’ famous fudge. Luckily for you, your condo at Chula Vista is only three miles from the downtown area’s shops, restaurants, bars, and candy stores. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

At the condo itself, brew some coffee and start the day on your private balcony, overlooking the trees. The convenient microwave and mini-fridge make food storage easy, or prep a simple breakfast and have a seat at the table for two. There are several on-site restaurants if you want to let someone else do the cooking. Spend the day golfing, hiking, skiing, or boating, then relax on the couch while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media before bed.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
