Step into a modern yet historically charming condo in downtown Lexington! With stunning views of the Opera House, spacious and luxury accommodations, and the close proximity to the vibrant parts of downtown, this will be your go to place to stay anytime you're in Lexington! You'll have space, cleanliness, privacy, and free parking.

The Space:
This condo is on the third floor of a historical downtown building that has been renovated to have 5 private condos, office spaces, and a private social club on the first floor.

This condo (1 of 5) has two king bedrooms with attached full bathrooms, high ceilings, and open kitchen and living room floor plan, views of the Opera House and Rupp Arena. Windows galore provide natural light and the feelings of being in a big city! Fully furnished with everything you need for a short or long stay, other than free groceries, this place will not fall short.

Bedroom 1: King bed, walk in closet, television, views of the Opera House. Mini split AC/Heat.
Bathroom 1: Standing shower, double vanity.

Bedroom 2: King bed, small closet, television, mini split ac/heat.
Bathroom 2: Bathtub/shower combination, single vanity.

We do not recommend more than 4 adults staying in the unit, as we would prefer no one sleeps on the couch, however, there is enough floor space for a pack n play and blow-up mattress/cot if space is needed for a small family.

Guest Access:
Full access to the condo on the third floor and common areas (main hallways, stairwell, elevator, foyer, parking lot). One parking space per condo.

The Neighborhood:
Broadway is a main road for downtown Lexington, so there is high traffic during the day and into the evening time, as with any main downtown street.

Getting Around:
Great to be on foot, walking around downtown. There are also scooters close by that can be rented for periods of time. Parking is available for one vehicle per unit rental, steps from the front door of the building.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the first floor is still under construction and should be completed mid-December. Construction hours are 7 am to 3 pm, and not heard from the third floor.
