Surf Side Shores presents a low-density condominium with 200 feet of exclusive white sandy beach, offering two spacious beachside heated pools, including two kiddie pools. This quiet, family-friendly complex provides on-site parking and top-notch security for your peace of mind.

Guests can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and indulge in activities such as parasailing and jet-skis. The poolside area offers plenty of comfortable seating with chairs and chaise lounges, along with convenient facilities like restrooms and vending machines. A landscaped area with a BBQ zone and open grassy spaces cater to various activities such as Frisbee, flag football, and children's play. Conveniently situated one mile from the intersection of AL Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd, this location provides easy access to major shops, restaurants, and attractions like The Hangout and The Pink Pony.

This immaculate and spacious corner condo on the 2nd floor consists of three bedrooms, each with its full bathroom. The tiled balcony features a balcony height table and four chairs with additional seating available. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, while the master bedroom boasts a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with French doors opening onto the beachfront balcony, and the third bedroom offers two twin beds.

Reservations for the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st must meet a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations not meeting this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are necessary and can be obtained upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. A maximum of 2 parking passes is available per reservation for up to 2 cars. While linens are provided, guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

    The condo was perfect for my family of 5! It was a great location on the strip and right on the beach! The view was balcony was awesome! The condo was the end unit so it was right by the stairs which was perfect for going up and down to the car/ beach. We only used the elevator for arrival and departure since we had all our belingings. They did have carts in the lobby to make it easier. The kitchen was mostly stocked, it could use some cooking sheets, maybe another saucepan and scissors. But We had an amazing stay, no complaints! We left some beach toys and boogie board for the next person.

    This condo is just far enough from the busiest area of Gulf Shores, but not too far. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded with easy access from the condo. It was very clean and in great shape, an excellent value for the money. We will certainly consider this place again if we ever come back to Gulf Shores.

    Overall, wonderful vacation. Prompt, friendly communication with the property management company. The condo was in a great location, bright and spacious. It was in need of a deep cleaning which I mentioned to the property management company.

    Very clean and nice the complex was well maintained only down side was the tv no cable just internet cut in and out no local news and the balcony railing needs replaced

    We loved the location- the closest we have ever been in all the years of beach vacations. There were four adults and two children-one that was two years old. The balcony railing was our only concern. The maintenance manager came and put up plastic fencing to help secure the railing for our stay at this location until it can be properly repaired. Otherwise than that we were very pleased with our stay.

    The property is steps away from the beach. At first it seemed small, but it grew on us during the week. The first bedroom closest to the street isn’t the greatest with sound. The trash truck came promptly at 5am every morning, and woke me up, while emptying the bin.

    Overall it was a good experience. The doors to the balcony from the master bedroom would not open and the door fell off from the utility closet where the washer and dryer are. We called and reported it and no one ever came to fix those things
