The property's convenient location places you just a short drive away from the nearby OWA amusement park, along with mini- and big-boy golf courses. Return to your condo to relax in the pool or hot tub, or simply take in the breathtaking views from your private balcony. Thecomplex also provides easy beach access via a boardwalk, and there's an outside shower to rinse off the sand.

This beautiful condo is the perfect haven for the entire family. With an overlooking balcony featuring views of the pool area, beach, and miles of the Gulf Coast, you'll be treated to the splendid surroundings. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-size bed and a private bathroom. Enjoy cable TV or watch a movie using the DVD player on rainy days. The guest bedroom also offers a cozy Queen-size bed, complete with a TV and DVD player. Kids have their own bunk beds, and extra guests can use the sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare fantastic meals. You can dine in the living area or on the balcony to savor the views and refreshing ocean breezes. This condo is sure to make you want to return year after year.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February), a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required for bookings made before October 1st. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and available for purchase upon arrival or through direct contact with our office. Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 parking passes for 2 cars. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
Rental eligibility requires guests to be at least 25 years of age and provide photo ID at check-in. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed.
For monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, feel free to inquire and make Seacrest your ideal destination for a wonderful vacation.

    The condo itself and the view/location were fabulous. The only downside to our trip was the balcony door lock malfunctioned leaving us locked out on the balcony early in the morning. The after hours phone line was never answered nor was there a return call from the message I left. Once the office opened, it took another half hour to get a response. Otherwise , it was a fantastic stay

    The decor, furnishings and mattresses were all new and comfortable. Short easy walk to the beach on the boardwalk. Personal touches ( beach chairs, toys, art supplies) were also fun. The only thing I would change is to move the master bed across the room- away from the noise of the trash chute. We will be back.

    The property was very nice and in a wonderful location. The unit we stayed in was very nice however the microwave didn’t work and we had an issue with a smoke detector in the second bedroom.

    We spent 10 days while visiting relatives. The condo was good, updated appliances ( dishwasher needs attention), construction crew made parking a challenge, foam pads on beds were low quality and had to be removed. View of Gulf was great and relaxing.

    The VRBO listing and property management company failed to mention that the entire Condo Complex was under construction. As a result of the construction, the master bedroom balcony was blocked off and inaccessible. In addition, the black tarp covering the entire master bedroom balcony door blocked the view and flapped loudly in the wind distributing my sleep. The master bedroom balcony being tarped and inaccessible also was not disclosed in the VRBO listing or by the property management company. The elevator also was covered from floor to ceiling with fiber board due to the construction resulting in a service elevator experience. The parking lot also had cones blocking 25% of the spaces near the building even though I was charged $50 dollars per car for parking. The unit we stayed in was clean. In addition, the unit was stocked with essentials.

    This condo was in a great location, away from the busy traffic, offering us a quiet surrounding. The condo was exactly how it is pictured online. We were provided with all the essentials for the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pull out couch. The master bedroom was spacious, with its own full bath and balcony. The kitchen provided all the appliances, dinnerware, and drinkware we needed during our entire stay. The balcony overlooking the ocean was the perfect height and view. The kids loved eating breakfast on it while looking at the ocean. The parking lot connected to the condos was small, but there is an extra parking lot across the street. The beach was just a short walk from the condos, with a little boardwalk connecting the two. Overall, this condo had exceeded our expectations, and allowed us to have a relaxing, stress free family vacation.
