BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Property is STRICTLY Only 1 (one) parking pass available for each condo ($50). Additional Parking: Premier Parking at Bahama Bobs $30. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    It really does need to be freshened up. The master bed mattress is very old and lumpy. The curtains for the balcony are very stained and dingy. The garbage disposal doesn't work and the sink backs up. The ice maker never got fixed. However, loved the bunk bed combination and sleeping capacity.Loved the key code entry making checking in more efficient. Four o'clock check in is terrible, everyone we spoke to agrees. Have an earlier check out time, thus an earlier check in time. Everyone checks out early to go home anyway, this should really be looked at changing. Everyone we spoke to agrees.

    Unit looked hadn't been rented for awhile & had not been re-cleaned before we came, dead bugs on floor, bathtubs dirty, faucets in both tubs are about to come out of wall, hall bath tub very slow to drain, washing machine made horrible noises so only able to run during day, icemaker did not work, furniture on deck filthy, white stuff continually falling down on carpet, behind tv, on our things in bedrooms, etc. Lots of room but not anywhere near as nice as Island Winds West units we have rented over years

    Everything was good. Very convenient for a big family. Just wish it had more parking for a second vehicle. The only downside was the driving back and forth to the other vehicles just to get around with our big family. Had to pay 100 for the second vehicle elsewhere.

    This Vacay was a Christmas present to our children and grandchildren. We had a blast! Even with a couple of double red flag days the location was perfect for walking to other things to do. We even walked to the Hang Out. Elevator was fast and room was clean. I definitely recommend this place for cleanliness, location and I almost forgot the view from the balcony!!!

    The unit was in poor condition, i.e. nearly every surface - walls, floor, even ceiling, had marks or damage. Furniture has a lot of damage as well. It is clear that this owner is putting little to no money into the unit while still charging full price. We expected dated (this was our second choice after our first booked condo was sold and dropped out of the rental pool), but we did not expect this. All that said, Beachball was very kind to us, brought some missing items promptly...picked up my call and took in my damage report in a timely fashion. They sought to make things better and escalated to their management. The one thing I will say is that they MUST get a call on this unit every week it is rented. Why agree to keep it in the rental pool without a major renovation?

    This was a last minute property change due to the property we rented having a water leak. This property was very roomy. It has a nice view of the Gulf. The washer and dryer combo was nice and worked well. We had plenty of towels and the chairs in the living room sat nicely. But….it was extremely old and dated. We walked in to a strong musty smell, very unhealthy. It was so bad we had to buy air fresheners for the week. A lot of the outlets did not work or would not hold plugs in them. The chair legs on the balcony were rusting off on the balcony and rust was everywhere. The dishwasher did not work right. The shower head in the master bedroom bathroom moved so much I thought it was going to break out from the wall. The cabinet in the master bedroom had a huge hole in the back with broken pieces of wood that had it our clean towels sitting on it. The bathtub was rough looking but clean. The King size bed in the second better room felt like a brick when you sat on it. We were very disappointed in this property and would not stay there again or recommend anyone to stay there until LOTS of improvements are made.
