Great place to stay! Only complaint is the elevators being busy, but being on the 4th floor, it wasn’t too much of a problem to take the stairs.

Property was nice. Loved how close it was to the beach and a low floor as well!

Loved the place and the floor is super convenient, clean building. The only thing i didnt like was the room is right by the elevators and its so loud at night. But overall great time.

The condo was wonderful felt so cozy. The only downfall is the elevator wait time is 30 mins to 45 anytime you needed to get on it due to heavy traffic. Lucky we were only on the 4th floor so we used the stairs mostly.

Was everything we needed. Wish they had USB plug installed. Would have made charging out phones easier. Great location and easy to reach

Totally enjoyed this property for a quick 4-day get away. I’m an “over packer”, and I pleasantly discovered that I didn’t need to bring so much stuff! The property had many of the necessary (and modern) essentials for cooking, serving, and storing food. We only ate out twice—we cooked all of our meals and enjoyed the balcony view while eating most meals. We loved that there were two full baths. This allowed me to have my own space and my boyfriend had his. The king bed in the master was comfy and the living room/dining room was spacious for watching movies and relaxing. The beach view was the best part of the condo! Breathtaking! My only complaint would be the traffic noise that you could hear when in the master bedroom…but that’s only because of the location of the room…definitely not a dealbreaker. Overall—-an awesome stay and I definitely would rent again! Communication was great from the very start and we experienced no issues at all.

This condo and owner are top notch! The condo is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It’s perfectly situated on the beachfront and to local attractions. Property owner is very responsive to questions and issues during the stay. Highly recommend!!

Property was great. Liked the yard gameArea and pool. Splash pad area was not heated and pool on beach was closed so that was a bummer. Fit 4 kids and 2 adults comfortably. Within walking distance to couple resturants and 20 min walk to Pier Park.

Had a coffee pot and a Keurig Lots of dishes glass & non-breakable ones so we ate on the balcony. I'm not big on the sun burning so I spent a lot of time on that balcony that was shaded and faced the ocean. Had coffee & breakfast on balcony every morning. View was wonderful saw dolphins most days. The King bed we slept in was very comfortable there was only the 2 of us so didn't use the others. All the furniture was comfortable. We did eat out at night we love the local fresh seafood. The building had a very reasonable gift shop we were able to get grandkids gifts right in the building and a star bucks you could get lunch or ice cream on the 3rd floor. We only had the ice cream but they also had food. The garage is covered so that was nice. Had Karaoke at night near the snack/ ice cream bar. We only used one of the pools it was good size and very nice clean. Had lots of chairs for sunning and a few in shaded area. The property was well kept. If we go back we will definitely try to stay here. The host was very responsive did not have any problems just a few questions.

Close to good restaurants! Close to Pier Park! The staff was helpful. We never had any problems with this unit. The bed was good, living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, (although we didn't cook much. LOL). It was nice to sit on the balcony in the early mornings and later at night with the table and chairs. We will definitely be reserving “See Ya At The Beach” again.

Originally they gave me the wrong room number and I ended up walking in a couple having a dinner. Once we made it to our room, it was great!

The condo was so roomy & convenient to fun PCB activities. We loved having a large balcony with a great ocean view. There are 2 pools on the property but one is not beachside.

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever rented at PCB! Everything we needed was there and all was very high end down to the bath towels. It was nice being on the 4th floor too so we could take the steps if we wanted to.

Overall, the stay was great!!! Room was very nice, spacious and had a great view of the beach/ocean. Only minor issue we encountered was the elevators were very slow, most instances it was quicker to take the stairs and it was confusing at first how to get luggage to your room based off elevator layout. Again, this very minor and did not effect our trip.
