Downtown is an easy walk or ride on the Breckenridge free shuttle. Throw in seasonal access to the Columbine Pool, Hot Tubs and Clubhouse, and your group will be thrilled that you booked it!

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is a great choice for families or groups of up to 4 people. There’s a large, comfortable living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Or step out onto the patio, pull up a chair and relax after a long day of adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is right off the living room and has seating for four at the dining table and another two at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central coin laundry, and parking for two vehicles. And all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens.     The hottub wasn’t available and there was no disclaimer or discount on price. Place is fine. Not super nice, but it works.

    Older style as reflected in the price but very good accommodations and walking distance to the slopes and plenty of places to eat.

    So we’ve stayed here before, but things have changed. It’s still in a great location but we don’t eat out every meal. We grilled steaks last time….but even thought the outside grill is in the pictures, there is no gas grill anymore! I like hash browns and fried egg for breskfast, but there isn’t even a spatulas to turn an egg! Only 3 forks left in the silverware drawer! I think they could do better. When management called, they said they would check into it, but never got back to me. At least The snow was great!

    The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. It backs up to trees and a walking path and was close enough to walk to Main Street. The shower was a bit wonky, you had to step up about 10” so that cuts down on headroom. If you are over 5’10, you won’t be able to stand up in it.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.     Our stay at the Columbine condos was amazing! The property is located at a very convenient location- 5 5-minute walk from the local bus stops. The property was spotless and had all the basic amenities we needed. We Would stay here again and also highly recommend to anyone looking for a home to stay in while in Breckenridge.
