Clean, had everything we needed overall just nice vibe too.

Great for a quick affordable stay. Location is great and bathroom is clean and gets warm water. However sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable. The mattress in the bedroom was very stiff and the pullout bed in the living room was thin and springy. The WiFi and cable did not work.

The condo was perfect for us and our two kids. The heater and fireplace worked really well. Everything was labeled in the kitchen to make it easy to put things back. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were nice too. At night, it was tricky finding the place but the map they provided helped.

The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping, and the sliding door to bedroom was broken not sliding. Also bathroom sink drain was clogged (draining very slowly).

Good location very dusty and outdated the mattress in the bed is very uncomfortable and the sleeper sofa is worse. Need more attention

Apartment was perfect. It had everything we needed and was clean. There were only two of us so the space was just what we needed. We went up for a festival so we weren’t really inside that much. Checking in and out was easy. The only thing I will have to agree with others that the bed was not super comfortable but it didn’t kill us either. That is my only complaint. We go up to Mammoth often and I would definitely book this place again.

Super dated, prison mattresses are a nicer sleep and probably newer. Amenities were lacking. Hallway light was flickering. Run like a true penny pinching vacation house

Good news - the Mammoth-based Vacasa rental manager is very responsive. Bad news - the issues we encountered during our stay (doors falling off hinges, heaters not functioning, ice maker broken, no sheets provided for pull out sofa, multiple dirty dishes in drawers and cabinet and generally not clean sinks in kitchen and bathroom) were apparently well-known to the Vacasa management from prior renters, but nothing had been done to rectify the issues. My biggest warning to anyone considering this rental is that the bedroom door - it is a sliding pocket door - falls oft the track when it is closed, and it is impossible to re open when it is off the track. This is especially a problem when your young child is either in the room behind the stuck door, or you are behind the stuck door and your child is unsupervised in the unit.

Toilet constantly runs, no oven mits or coffee filters. I dont think anything has been upgrade since it was built in the 70's. The jacuzzi was discusting. The property owners obviously were trying to go as cheap as possible with amenities. I will not stay here again

Great small one bedroom cozy condo. Very clean and perfect for a couple. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

I stayed in this apt for 3 nights in winter and everything worked perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay. Although it is little congested for 3-4 people but still close to all activities and have all amenities. I won’t mind staying again.

Located near the intersection of Old Mammoth Road and Minaret, it provides easy access to shopping and dining, while being guilt and peaceful.

It was decent for a quick stay. The cable only worked in the bedroom and WiFi didnt show as available despite multiple tries. The bed was extremely stiff and the pullout bed in the living room was springy and uncomfortable. Other than that clean sheets and blanket and a place to shower.

We departed a night early. We were not comfortable with the overall cleanliness, e.g., grimy walls, stained carpets. There was no Internet connect because the modem was not working (per conversation with the customer service rep). The guest manual unwelcomingly said the Internet would be slow because the area is remote and if too many devices were connected, and that service.could take weeks. However, that was not our issue.

The space works for 2 people, the location is good. We used the red line shuttle with ease to get to village center. The unit was generally quiet. The kitchen met our needs. Aside from the sleeper sofa needing to be replaced and the actually non-existent wifi (like literally did not exist, the network did not exist) the condo provided us a place to make breakfast before getting on the mountain and a place to rest up in the evening in preparation for the next day on the mountain.

Great location, good amenities, all of the toiletries you could need were provided. Only down fall was the internet didn’t work and wasn’t fixed even with a request.

This was a great place to stay for our weekend trip to mammoth. Thank you!
