Stayed Oct 29, 2023Great location. The decor was bright and fun. The jacuzzi tub was nice. We were also able to walk to most places for dinner. If we come back to Gulf Shores, this would be the spot.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024Simple things would move this review to a 5. No hairdryer, no seasonings, not even salt or pepper. No beach towels and very limited garbage bags. These conveniences make staying in a rental condo easier. The condo was cute and very clean for a beach property.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024Condo was everything I expected! There were little bars of soap at each sink, 2 tablets for the dishwasher, 2 packets to wash clothes, some dishwashing lotion, and a roll of paper towel. It was such a nice surprise and a few little things I didn't have to purchase. Walmart was close to get everything we needed for our stay. There are no beach towels or beach chairs, but you can rent the chairs that are put out on the beach. The king bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was AWESOME! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes/silverware/coffee maker/blender. A great place I would like to come back another time! Remember to get your parking pass when you arrive - they give you a warning but you don't want your car towed.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024After moving in, we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen. Staff was slow to respond. (I have a text thread that I sent to them which will explain how they responded.) I had to call the exterminator myself to get someone out there. Building Manager was not competent. Roaches were not exterminated until 3rd week of stay. Will not stay at San Carlos again, nor will I use Vacasa. I'm filing a complaint demanding my money back that I paid for host, cleaning fees, etc.
