Coligny Beachfront Villa w/Pool at The Breakers

The central location of the property made for an easy location to access lots of shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance! The place was clean and stocked with essentials.

Stayed for a week with my husband and teenaged daughter. We had an awesome experience! Perfect location (one floor up from ground level parking), only 1 easy flight of stairs (even for my husband who is on crutches). The bedroom is very small, Just enough room to walk around the bed (no dresser, but does have open closet area to hang clothing). If traveling with small kids, plan on putting pack-n-play in living room area bc the bedroom is too small. The unit as a whole is pretty small but perfect for our needs. Pull out couch in living room is pretty comfortable. We used the living room are the primary bedroom (like a studio) and bedroom for our daughter. Not ocean view but you can hear the ocean and it over looks (through the trees) the Coligny beach fountain. FULLY STOCKED kitchen, even had storage containers and super sharp knives if you plan to cook. Walking distance from everything at the Coligny shoppes. Parked the car upon arrival and didn’t get back in until checkout. We prioritize location to the beach (10 out of 10), cleanliness (10 out of 10), and kitchen functionality (8 out of 10 only bc there isn’t a conventional oven, but do have an air fryer and microwave/convection oven combo). The complex also has a pool, rinse station for coming off the beach (showers and hose for gear), a life guard near the private beach access. We will DEFINITELY be booking with them again in the future!

Just big enough for the 2 of us. The only complaint would be the bed. Should replace with better mattress. We did enjoy our stay!

Centralized location. You can literally park your car on Saturday and leave the following Saturday and not have to use your car all week. Grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants all within a five minute walk. You can rent bikes and they will deliver and pickup. The pool is both kid friendly and adults will find it comfortable as well.
