Welcome to The Bayou 5C! With a prime location the north side of Pine Avenue on Anna Maria Island. The Bayou 5C is the perfect location for a relaxing Island getaway. This two-bedroom/ one-bath condo features updates throughout and has been designed for a family or romantic vacation in mind. The floor plan takes advantage of the water views from the living, dining and kitchen area. The balcony off the living area allows for morning coffee and provides direct access to your own private fishing or kayaking pier where you can launch from each morning to explore the waterways of Anna Maria. EXTERIOR
The Bayou 5C is located within The Bayou community. This community is located off Pine Avenue and is approximately 0.1 mile from the Anna Maria City Pier and the Bayview Plaza with coffee and ice cream shops. Coconut Bayou offers the use of 2 kayas that can be launched at its own private dock #7.
If you are interested in fishing off the dock during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to the local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217).

There is one allocated parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking. This property does not accommodate golf carts.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

    It’s more of a canal or Inlet view than it is a beach view… But the view itself is lovely. People are fishing off the walkway. There are kayaks. Available to useThe sunsets in particular were great. To get to the “real beach“ you have to walk about a half mile… But they provide you with this wonderful cart where you can load everything up so it’s not a problem at all… And of course everything is close, like the little village stores and coffee, shops and restaurants… Hopefully next year the pier will be open again. That adds an additional element of charm and fun.
