Stayed Jun 30, 2024We had an awesome experience in Cocoa Beach. The condo is just as described and had plenty of room for our family of 5, plus my parents for 2 nights. Angie was a great host - very communicative and helpful.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024We've stayed in lots of VRBO properties but this was one of the best. Good location, beautiful view, clean, beautiful beach and warm pool. Unit had everything we needed and provided plenty of space. For families traveling with little ones, there is a walk-in-closet in the master that has ventilation-perfect spot for a pack-n-play or crib. You can see the Kennedy space center/Cape Canaveral from the balcony. We were lucky to see a rocket launch on our last night.

Stayed Feb 27, 2024Sandcastles 409 was great! Description was spot on. Easy to find and great location! We loved hearing the waves at night and waking up to the beautiful sunrises! Great short get-away with our teens. Plenty of activities nearby to keep all entertained. Also appreciated the text notification from the host about an upcoming shuttle launch so we wouldn't miss it. Will definitely be back!

Stayed Feb 23, 2024Perfect location right on the beach. Roomie enough for me and my brothers to sit and recliners and chill together for 4 days. Big enough for each adult to have their own bed.

Stayed Jun 3, 20233 generation vacation and this home met all of our needs. Big enough for personal privacy and small enough to interact with the family as wanted. The pictures of the home are accurate and the views are breathtaking. It is the best place to be to see the sunrise and moonrise. We will rent again and again and again.

Stayed May 26, 2023Our extended family group gathered here Memorial Weekend. Beach and pool were available to entertain us. The adults really enjoyed the balcony patio. The living room was spacious enough for us to bring a large playpen for the infant. The kitchen was well stocked with food preparation items. We brought our own kuerig and crockpot as we cooked all meals there. Bring your own paper products.
