Stayed Oct 24, 2025Had a great stay! The condo building is older but well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. The host was responsive. Loved how close it was to the beach. 10-15 min walk to restauraunts, used uber get to other areas such as the historic downtown (20 min drive) but there is also a bus stop near by. Would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 8, 2025The host was wonderful. Communication was great and the information she had available was very helpful to make our time in Coco Beach awesome. The condo was so cute and cozy too. The location was also spectacular. The sand toys and beach umbrella were so nice to have and made our time at the beach so much better. When we arrived the place was clean but there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products and floors were coated with cleaner. We tried to air the place out but the smell didn't seem to fade much. I also couldn't find any bath towels/wash cloths. Although there were beach towels that came in handy.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025This place was a quick walk to the beach and we seen manatees and an alligator after walking about 10 minutes to the river. Awesome place and easy to get around. Very safe.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025This the perfect place for a little get away. Super close to the beach and only a 15 minute walk to the downtown area. Sarah was amazing and let us check in an hour and a half early for our stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we had a great time!

Stayed Jun 5, 2025This is the 2nd time staying at Sara’s place. Great mini vacation. The place is clean, walking distance to an uncrowded beach, and a wonderful host. If I had the opportunity I would frequently visit Cocoa Beach and stay here monthly!!
