Welcome to Coasting Inn, a brand new and rental-ready 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Cozumel plan home designed to help you relax and unwind on the beautiful Emerald Coast. The kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring carefully chosen GE appliances, including a gas cooktop and an oversized fridge. Prepare meals and entertain just as you would for family and friends at home. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. With 10' ceilings and plenty of windows, the open living and dining areas offer a bright and spacious feel. The master suite on the second floor features a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom is equipped with twin-over-full bunk beds and a twin trundle.

PROMINENCE BEACH ACCESS POINTS:
Beach Access to the West:
- Deer Lake State Park: The most popular and closest beach access to Prominence, located approximately 0.5 miles away. Please note that alcohol is not allowed at this state park beach access, and beach service is not available.
- Walton Dunes: Located about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This Walton County beach access offers parking and a short distance to the beach.
- Santa Clara: A Walton County beach access near Bramble Grove Road, approximately 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are available at this access.

Beach Access to the East:
- Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access about 0.5 miles to the east of Prominence. Although parking is not available, it's a great bike ride to the beach.
- Sea Breeze: Located just past the Gulf Lakes access, this Walton County beach access does not have parking or bathrooms, but there is a shower available.

    We absolutely loved our stay at coasting inn! It was perfect for my family of 4. We had two small things that needed fixing and they came right away! This home is very spacious and came with 5 beach chairs and an umbrella too! My son also enjoyed the toys to build a sand castle. We loved cruising on the bikes as well! We will def be back!

    Loved the area and the beach. It wasn't too crowded. The beach is a bit further than I expected but it still wasn't bad. Condo was beautiful and clean except the carpet has seen better days in the bedrooms. Overall, would definitely stay here again and had the most fun we have had at the beach.

    The floors were very dirty, lots of hair on the master bathroom floor. Master carpet has lots of stains. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work very well so I bought a broom and left it at the property . -The kitchen was well stocked. -Beds we’re comfortable -Tasteful decorations -Pool was great as always We could’ve used more towels and washcloths. We we’re excited to see the bikes in the garage, but after looking closely most of them were in rough shape and unusable. The property manager contacted me to inform us they were coming into the garage to do bike inventory mid way through the week, but they didn’t just do inventory, they took all the bikes and didn’t return them. This was our 4th time staying in Prominence 30A, we’ve always had great experiences but the lack of cleanliness was tough this time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come to the area again, but will look for a different unit next time.

    This was our first trip to 30A area and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The house is right in the middle of the unique beach communities so it allowed us to explore all of them with ease. 15 minutes west to Seaside or 15 minutes east to Rosemary. The Hub is cool but was pretty crowded since we traveled at the peak of summer. We honestly have nothing negative to say at all about this property and trip as a whole. This will be a top vacation destination for us for years to come.

    Upon arrival the condo floors felt sandy and overall just not very clean. The dishes had not been unloaded from the dishwasher. The beds were absolutely the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Not enough towels for the amount of guest that could accompany the unit. Two towels per bathroom (only two) is not enough for a three bedroom unit. The pullout trundle mattress topper was dirty. Plumbing leak in master bath upon arrival back from beach on our first day. Overall not a great experience with the unit itself but was a great location for families and shuttle service was amazing!

    The place was super clean and a great layout for the family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was also convenient to shops and restaurants without the big crowds. Would stay here again.

    We enjoyed being close to the Prominence entrance, also being across from the community pool and having The Hub directly across 30A. The Hub was great for grabbing dinner, drinks or some ice cream. A couple of things that would be helpful at the Townhome: towel hooks in the master bathroom. The hooks in the other two bedrooms were perfect for hanging bath towels, etc. Nice baking sheet and skillet is much needed. I went out and purchased each of these items as I was not about to bake cinnamon rolls On the baking sheet or fry an egg on the skillet. I understand this is a “rental property” and there are probably many different age levels in and out. A fresh coat of paint on the walls downstairs and hallways would be a great improvement. Perhaps the owners have not been here recently to notice. A little better communication from the management company. When sending an email to ask about check out procedures I received a response saying “check your guest portal”. When checking guest portal I did not see any instructions whatsoever.

    Coasting Inn is a beautiful place to stay. It is very welcoming and had all the amenities you could ask for! We enjoyed the short ride to the beach as well as our nightly walks to the Hub for dinner or a sweet treat! We look forward to future stays here!
