Coastal Townhouse - Steps to the Gulf and Bay, Large Sand Bay Beach - BDWKA22

The TV needed updated cable with smart tv for apps. The second bedroom definitely needs a TV. Some repairs are needed. (Closet door fixed and hung, ceilings painted, kitchen deck door definitely needs a handle replaced). Was very clean and the beds slept really good. Short walking or driving distance to the gulf side and close restaurants were nice. Quite end of the beach was great. Overall, a really good time

It was a great place for our family first trip to here. We had are 3 kids with us (16,12, and 6). Could walk to the beach in less then 2 blocks and a short drive to food. House was just what we wanted in a place to stay.

Prime location at affordable price. The kids really enjoyed being able to chose between bayside and beachside with easy access to both. Very short distance to the pier and boardwalk area as well. Easy check in and good communication with host. Will definitely consider a second visit in the future.

Our stay was nice, the Condo was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, although the pans were pretty worn out. Access to the bay and the ocean are great! There was some construction going on next door that started a bit early with power tools!

While we enjoyed our time in Pensacola, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we discovered a piece of rotting fruit under the living room couch, floors that were noticeably dirty, and a significant buildup of dust on horizontal surfaces. The kitchen was also not in a clean and welcoming condition.We believe that with more thorough cleaning and attention to detail before guest arrivals, the overall experience could be much improved.

This property is in a great location with easy beach access. The bunk beds have an additional bed that rolls out at the bottom making it 3 twin beds.

The property and location were perfect! We were a very short walk to the beach and located close to many attractions. The property was extremely cozy and well furnished. Zero complaints 10/10

We have been vacationing in this complex for the past several years. First time staying in this unit and it meet the description as described in the online booking and our needs. A couple of suggestions I offer are considering installing a blind in the kitchen and room darken blind or curtains in the master bedroom. The light outside the window replaced the use of the light switch. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars.

We absolutely LOVED this place!!! We have vowed to come back every year! The only thing that could have been better was there was a lot of construction going on nearby and the morning we were moving out they were actually working right in our carport, exactly where we were packing and trying to load the car. It was kind of awkward. Other than that, we plan to contact Surfside every spring to book, maybe even in the fall!

We had the best family vacation at your condo! Thank you so much for having us; we felt right at home!

the house was perfect the beach was just across the road with the bay on the back side of the complex we had a great time

This is an amazing property. It was clean, and the beds were super comfortable! The pool was also clean and great. Short walk to the white sand. We hope to stay again soon! 12/10 :)
