Coastal-themed beach condo with balcony, views, pools, tennis & central AC

This condo is amazing! The views are beautiful. All of the staff are so friendly. Great experience and already booked for next year!

Its very rare to have zero complaints about a vacation rental, but after our 4th visit to Sea Watch, we really have no complaints about the units. 10/10 experience; will absolutely be back!

The condo is on the 17 floor (at end) with multiple elevators. They supplied a lot of carts to get you goodies to your room. No waiting for carts. Security and office attendants were polite and friendly. Inside pool was great. Very tropical feeling. It has a Game room, activity courts and even a movie theater. Condo had all amenities of home. Clean and well decorated. Communication with rental agency was good.

A beautiful property with gracious amenities and a unit with everything you may need. The staff were friendly and helpful, which created a safe environment. I loved sitting on the balcony looking out to the ocean. This is a place where memories are made!

Amazing views and condo had all the necessities

We enjoyed our stay with 4 kids (4 months to age 9). It was roomy enough for everyone to sleep comfortably and set up a pack n play for the baby in the primary suite. There are 4 twins, a king and the pull out couch. Little touches such as a coloring book and games were nice. Plenty of seating for casual eating. We didn’t use the balcony because the wind was crazy and I was paranoid being so high with littles. I’m sure most people wouldn’t mind being so high. The views were incredible and we could see the Sunday night fireworks over the bay perfectly (north park). The food at the little shop is amazing and we had ice cream almost every night. Walking distance to groceries too. We didn’t use the pool much because it was really cold but it was nice. Kids loved the game room and playground. The playground is nice in the evening when the sun is setting, during the day the playground doesn’t get shade so it’s hot. Love the building, unit and the people we met!

Place was very nice, Clean very nice people. Right on the beach. And 7 or so miles from the boardwalk so very peaceful.

The views were fantastic & this place had everything a family of 5 needed for a trip to the shore. Would def go back here!

The home has water views from every window. The home was clean and cozy. The property grounds offered a lot of amenities and the area was very clean. Great location. Vacasa was great with communication check in and out process was easy . Would highly recommend this property. Thanks for sharing your home?

We stayed at this apartment for a family reunion. It was spacious enough for four adults and 2 kids. The bed in the master was very comfortable. The front balcony was a bonus. Beautiful views from both balconies. Note: the indoor pool was not one in late March if anybody is wondering about that.
