You’re across the street from the beach and a few steps from a heated pool and hot tub. This 1,100 square foot, 2nd story condo sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, one twin, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.

The light soothing hues and comfortable furnishings give the interior the feel of a cozy seaside cottage. Sunlight through the sliding glass doors brightens the rooms with natural light. Flowers in baskets and mounted on wall vases add a touch of tropical color to everyroom.

The airy kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and cookware and features a cutout wall you can use to pass dishes out to the dining room. The glass kitchen table overlooks the tennis and pickleball courts.

The seaside motif extends into the bedrooms, with their rattan furniture and palm tree-themed linens and artwork. Both bedrooms come with televisions and sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony and lets in the gentle night breezes off the ocean.

The spacious balcony makes the ideal setting for morning coffee, evening cocktails and any other time you feel like relaxing to the sound of wind stirring the palm trees.

You’re surrounded by tropical paradise, so we’ve made sure it feels like paradise inside, too. You’ve got air conditioning and heating, ceilings fans and a washer and dryer. For your entertainment, you can enjoy cable on the big screen television or use the free w-fi to tell friends everything you’ve been doing in Marco Island.

You’ll have plenty to tell them. You can talk about starting the day with a refreshing swim in the heated pool, followed by a tennis or pickleball match on one of the community’s two newly re-surfaced courts. Or maybe you’ll mention the poolside barbeque you cooked on the gas grills. Or how you watched the spectacular sunset from the luxurious comfort of the hot tub.

You’ll also talk about how you packed up the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella that come with this property and take the brief, pleasant walk to the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a pleasant month at Sands of Marco. The property is well maintained, with a beautiful pool area. The unit was clean and bright, with western exposure. The air conditioning worked well, and the laundry in-unit was very convenient. Beach towels and chairs were in need of replacement, the rental office was very responsive and provided new items when called about this issue. Overall, a very good location and enjoyable experience on Marco Island.

    Have been coming to Marco for several years and the Sands rates high I’m my opinion. Very well maintained and conveniently located. Unfortunately due to restrictions from the civic center, beaches can no longer be accessed easily and Marco does not have adequate parking for non-residents to utilize the beautiful S Florida beaches. We will look elsewhere beyond Marco in the future.

    We totally enjoyed our first stay at the Sands of Marco Island. In fact so much so we are booked to come back next March 2019! As Canadians we felt welcome and safe in the Sands or Marco island Our hearts were with you last fall when the terrible hurricane hit your island what a fab job the Sands team did to quickly repair any damages. Going thro Andrew Vale for our rentals the fast 5 years on Marco Island, we feel thankful for his support and suggestions of where to rent (we have shared a few suggestions with Andrew , who will share with the home owner of the condo we rented this year in hopes that we arrive next March to enjoy the results !     8 weeks blue sky and pure sun. Can we feel better? Sand C202 was our holiday home. We felt very comfortable here again.
