Coastal Retreat – Walk to the Beach & Enjoy Ocean Breezes, W/Beach Chair Service

We loved the big balcony!

Condo was great and clean. Love the location. Construction was a little bothersome but we made the best of it. Would definitely recommend this condo. Comes with beach chairs and that was great since our goal was to sit and enjoy the ocean.

We had a wonderful vacation. We live in the Midwest and are always happy to get to the beach. The condo was located in the perfect place, we could walk to shops and for ice cream in the evenings and to Pineapple Willy’s for lunch and drinks. The check in process was easy, we had no issues so did not have any reason to reach out to anyone. We had the most spectacular view for fireworks on July 4th. The condo is on the 9th floor and some of the fireworks from the beach were eye level! The balcony was wonderful, we ate breakfast out there everyday and just enjoyed the sound of the ocean! The bathroom area was very nice in that shower area had its own door so that the area where you could get ready was not all steamed up. It was really nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella, we would watch people dragging all their stuff down to the beach everyday, and since there were just two of us, it worked out well!

Things weren’t provided that a premier host provides. This was more getto provisions. No hair dryer was provided and not enough cabinet space in the kitchen and the closet was just under utilized space. Not enough kitchen dishes, tools or gadgets only two garbage bags. Nothing supplied for the bath or vanity only one small bar of soap. I guess I just expected more for the amount of money paid for the week. I certainly was provided more all the times I have stayed at the Laketown Warfh

The condo was great, very clean. Bed was comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked. We greatly enjoyed it and will return.

Very clean, not as many amenities as other resorts that we have stayed in, but it was very calm and the pools and bar were great. The condo was beautiful, and the balcony was fantastic, we will gladly stay again

We absolutely love going to Bills condos. Always nice and clean. A great area and the hospitality is top notch. We have come back to his properties 2 years in a row now and will continue.

Wonderful location and unit very clean and as advertised

Complex was good and you are able to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Enjoyed our two month, Snowbird, stay.

I loved this property. The modern decor and cleanliness is a plus. The view put the icing on the cake. This was a much needed weekend getaway for my spouse and I. I will definitely seek for this property in our future travels.

The unit was well decorated, clean and well arranged. Just like in the pictures shown online. Everything you need is around you. Foods, attractions, spa, massage etc. we are definitely coming back next year for our anniversary. Already told so many friends about this place. Thank you.

Nice location. Clean condo

Condo was awesome. Lagoon was neat. We had a great time. No elevator waits. Beach access was close. Pineapple Willy's is a short walk on the beach. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect. The only con was the bath tub, as a person with 2 knee surgeries it was very hard to climb into the deep tub to take a shower. Wonderful location!!!!!

Everything about our stay was perfect except….Hurricane Helene cut our stay short by 4 days! This made me very sad! We probably could have stayed one more day, but didn’t want to get caught up in evacuation traffic! I really wish I could get a credit for nights missed! We loved our place!

Everything was good, We just didn't feel we were at the beach while inside the condo. It is not decorated very much like the beach. Otherwise it was good. Thanks,

We were very disappointed! ? Very clutter — need a face lift bad!! Floors were dirty, sheet on bed were not change— black hairs on sheets! No storage in kitchen for groceries! Very small condo! Balcony was nice & beach view was to! Would not stay there again

Great condo, Loved the balcony view was amazing. Resort had good facilities with easy access to the beach and elevators. Not having to check in with front desk made it very convenient! Would definitely Recommend staying here !

I found that some of the dishes had been put away dirty, I had to clean them before they could be used. The coffee pot had not had good cleaning in a while. Had to clean it out to make sure we had no grounds in our coffee. Not your problem, but the trash chute was out of order, everyone had to sit their trash outside of it. All in all we had a great time!

From the first click to confirm the reservation to sending the keys back to Bill was absolutely amazing. It was one of the most seamless, professional and just down right easiest experiences we have ever had staying in a hotel/resort. There aren't enough characters left to say all the amazing things. To make it short. We are super picky and particular about where we stay and we would stay here again year after year or even one of the other many properties he has & manages. The kitchen has everything you need. There are brooms/mops in big pantry if needed. Obviously with the sand they come in handy. Washer dryer in bathroom was extremely convenient. They even give you 2 pods, scent beads and a couple dryer sheets for you to use. Dressers are large as well as nightstands with lots of storage if you like to fully unpack. They have atleast 20 or so hangers majority are felt lined. The Balcony is the real winner with amazing view of the prettiest aqua and teal swirled waters. The sand on the beach is white and normally cool to the touch.. there was only 1 day that the path to the hotel gate was a little hit to walk on. Walmart is directly across the street. Can't get any more convenient than that. Walgreens is on corner as well as a gas station. One of the biggest beach stores is directly in front of the resort called Shipwreck. Doordash Culvers! Avoid Nicks Sicilian Pizza unless you like the whole bucket of sauce. Hands down best seafood buffet- Capt Jacks!!

Nice condo. Appreciated that the beach chairs and umbrella were included with the unit. Didn't have to wait for the elevators. Close drive to several restaurants or Walmart if you want to eat in.
