Stayed Jul 12, 2025We booked the unit based on the photos, what we didn’t see was the condition of the kitchen and second bedroom. The appliances were rusty, dirty and old (see photos). I told the property manager and he said they were aware but the owners were waiting until they had money to replace them. Then he emailed me and said they were going to replace them while we were there, that didn’t happen. The pantry was even worse, this is where the kept the garbage can & laundry. At night there were roaches that came in from the hole in the wall. We ended up not going in there at all & moved the garbage. The condition of the second bedroom furniture was beyond normal wear and tear and frankly was unacceptable (see photos). On our last night there was an invasion of bugs coming in through the 2nd bedroom closed window, my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch rather then in the bedroom and we ended up cutting our vacation short, and leaving a day early. Also, there was renovations going on in one of the units and the hammering was a bit much at 8 AM. It was a very unpleasant stay and ended up eating out all the time because we were hesitant to use the appliances.

Stayed May 25, 2025The location is amazing, walk right out and you’re at the beach. Condo was very clean, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and there are plenty of bath towels for a family. I would stay here again.
