Stayed Jul 14, 2022Condo was nice. Could have had a few essentials like coffee, dish liquid and laundry soap. But overall a great place to stay. Great pool, bar and grill area. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 18, 2022Wonderful place for sand & sun, rest & renewal and family & food. This property was comfortably furnished, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Perdido Key is one of our favorite beaches for family vacations. Note: common areas of resort were lacking (trash on pool deck and poor work out area) Suggest more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and more than one bath towel per guest since a fresh towel is needed mid-week.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly good. We only had minor issues with cleanliness and parking.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Entire unit was very clean and all rooms were as pictured. Appreciated all of the labels and notes the owner has on display. Only minor issues were one of bathrooms showers drained very slowly and the upstairs porch had no chairs. Overall though a very well maintained unit that we will try and stay in next time!

Stayed Jul 3, 2020Had a great 4th of July weekend at the purple parrot. The staff at the tiki bar was amazing. The pool with the kids was ideal and enjoyable for the adults as well. The condo was perfect 2 bedroom 2.5 bath. Gave plenty of space for a family of 4 to have their own space.
