Coastal Retreat near the Beach

Very welcoming host!

Our family of six adults and small dog had a great stay. Very spacious, very clean, updated. Host very responsive. We had a very small issue and host responded quickly. Spacious parking for our two vehicles. Short walk to the beach.

The property could not have been any more beautiful inside and the communication with the property manager was seamless. Very close walk to beach. We very much appreciated the ability to bring our dog. The neighborhood is very transitional, which was a drawback. Also, the a/c appeared to be on a timer, making it difficult to sleep at night since we like a colder temperature while sleeping. Overall, a nice stay.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable beds, a public beach access at one end of the street with a small market at the other end. Spacious kitchen was a big plus.

Nice clean place to stay. It was a good bathroom set up where you could use a half bath at the same time using a full bath with just the door separating them. The only thing we were disappointed about was no dressers in either bedroom and no outdoor furniture.

We loved this home and it's close proximity to the beach, kayaking, and the Kennedy Space Center. Would recommend adding extra hangars and a dresser inside the closet.

We had a lovely stay here at this home. The house was super comfortable, very clean, equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. Whoever designed this place did a fantastic job. It’s decorated so cute. It was spacious with a big open kitchen/ great room. The beds were comfy, the towels all a good quality. The couch was cute but was a bit small for a family and not the most comfortable but literally that’s not a reason to give anything less than 5 stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect place to have additional family over for dinner. We will be back here again. Thank you

Cute place! Walking distance to the beach in a great neighborhood. Excellent communication with the property manager

The proximity to the beach was key and the neighborhood felt laid back and safe. We stayed 3 weeks and this might be better for shorter term stays. Manager was fairly responsive. Ad said fully-stocked kitchen and patio to enjoy. The kitchen now has basics but nithing on patio. The new king bed was comfortable.

Location is fantastic- you’re only a few blocks away from the beach and it’s a super easy walk to get there. The house was comfortable, but one of the beds had a broken rail/frame which made it unusable. The exterior of the property could use more lighting for safety and security- it’s completely dark outside and it’s not easy to locate the property at night. There’s a washer/dryer but you need to bring your own detergent- I discovered this our last night when I had to run out at 10:30pm to a gas station to buy detergent- not a big deal but it would be nice if they left one or two detergent pods.

We were in town celebrating my Dad's birthday and wanted to be close to family. Ideal location close to the beach and just beautiful layout. Would book again !

Great property. Clean and Convenient. It was well stocked and worked for our family/friends group well. Easy check-in and out.

Nice place, recently updated and had most things we needed in the kitchen. Small living room, shared shower but separate toilets which helps for a family sharing the space. It's in a duplex with a very small outdoor space where the neighbors park and walk right past your window so there's not anywhere to hang out outside, but it's an easy walk to the beach.

I stayed here with a group of my friends and it was such a lovely time. The place was neat, modern, and close tp the beach. We also found ourselves witnessing two rocket launches. The property managers reached out really quickly when we had concerns and the checkout process was really simple. Highly recommend a stay here.

This was the perfect property to stay at with friends the night before we boarded our cruise ship.
