Coastal Retreat At Perdido Skye

Very nice place with an excellent view. Easy access to beach and pool. We love Perdido Key and this was a great place to stay.

The beach view was beautiful from this 6th floor condo. We had a wonderful stay as this is in a great location and the unit is very clean with a nice beach decor. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of restaurants in the area and Flora-Bama was just a few miles away. We hope to stay here again some day.

We had a great long weekend stay. Property is just as described. Beach access is easy and not crowded when we were there. Walkable distance to a few great restaurants. The hallway beds worked great for our 10 year old and 3 year old. If you have older children they might be a little small for them, but the couch does pull out into a bed. We ran into a very small Inconvenience while we were there at absolutely no fault to the host, but she went above and beyond to help. Definitely going to plan a trip back.

Very nice. Very clean. You can see sunrise and sunset from the balcony,very responsive to any problems that we encountered which only one time. It is as described and beautiful

I have stayed in a lot of different condos on the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was very cute and cozy inside. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. It has been updated and is tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and they have dark curtains in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen has everything you need including cleaning supplies and extra trash bags. Also, most places don't have any cabinets to put pantry items in, but they have an empty corner cabinet, so that was nice. The view off the balcony is beautiful with it being beachfront. All in all it is a great place to stay and we plan on coming back again!

My mom and I do a trip here every year and we absolutely love it.

It was very clean and everything worked. The space was a little tight, but fine for two people. Would’ve stayed another week but it was booked. Of course the beach was fabulous.

We couldn't have been any happier with the condo. Everything we could have want or needed was inside for us to use. The space was perfect. We loved the balcony and the wonderful beach view!

The condo was very clean and stocked with some essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. It felt very homey and has a beautiful view! While the bunk beds are more well suited for smaller children (10 years old or younger) and are smaller than twin size, we still had enough sleeping space for our family with the two older kids in the living room. The view is fantastic! We saw dolphins every morning of our stay. We also love the location, the pool, beach access. It was awesome that the owner sent us the info we needed for arrival well ahead of time in case we had questions. Will definitely be back.

It has everything you will need for a perfect stay! Beds were super comfortable and the condo was definitely one of the cleaner condos I have stayed at. The only negative thing I have to say is the bunk beds in the foyer were smaller than expected. It was perfect for my 8 yr old but my 17 yr old had to use the sofa bed which really wasn’t a big deal. Everyone on grounds were super helpful and polite as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved staying in the condo facing the beach and loved listening to the waves.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spotless when we arrived and was just like the listing pictures. They had everything you would need for your stay including beach chairs and an umbrella. Would definitely recommend this property.

Tastefully decorated, very nice linens and towels with all the kitchen accessories and very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the area, walkable to local eats, and very safe. Area had all necessary shopping venues and access from condo was so easy. Condo is right on the beach, with a great view from balcony, perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks. Sleeping arrangements were unexpected, the bunk beds were not a true twin, much shorter. Thank goodness for couch bed.otherwise really no complaints. Owners answered our few questions quickly, without hesitation. Thanks again for a great Easter weekend.

This small condo was just right for my husband and I. So very clean and well stocked with what you need. Beautiful ocean views!

Clean, well maintained condo. Beautiful views and quieter end of the Key. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

And just a few words, I will say that this stay met and exceeded my expectations. The Condo was thoughtfully furnished with all of the amenities. One would need on their travels the listing states at all, but what really stood out to me was the attention to detail put into the decor. Lesa was a great host and very responsive as needed, and I would highly recommend this spot, although I don’t want to because I would like it to be available again when I visit!

My mom and I take an annual beach trip together every year. This was our 2nd time in this unit and we have come to love it! Unfortunately our trip got cut short this time due to a family emergency but we are already looking forward to next year! Excellent place to stay and great location!

This was our second time staying at Perdido Skye but this was a different unit. Very nicely furnished. Beautiful view of the beach and water from the 6th floor balcony. Similar to the unit we had a few years ago so I'm assuming all the units in the building will be nice. My husband and I didn't need the 2 bunkbeds, but just saying ,they are only long enough for children, not adults. We came to spend time listening to music at Flora-Bama which is only about 5 miles away. We were here when Hurricane Helene passed to our east. We live in central Florida and we were worried about roads still being closed on our way home, the owner graciously let us stay an extra night and all roads were cleared before we had to travel.

We had an amazing time. Condo was perfect. Ocean was beautifully calm. Beds were so comfortable!

The nicest and cleanest place so far during the last three years. They thought of everything to make the stay as convenient as possible. This is the one you want to rent in Perdido Skye. Perfect for a couple or small family. The building has had some considerable updating as well. Only one parking spot per unit is the only drawback if you are traveling with family.

A wonderful property we will definitely stay again

Great location right on the beach, close to several restaurants, shopping. Great condo. Construction going on remodeling the building was the only blight, otherwise great place for a quick getaway and perfect for us to relax and unwind on a beautiful, smooth sandy beach.

Perfect spot for me and my BFF to get away for a weekend. Beautiful condo with sufficient supplies, coffee filters, salt, pepper, towels, blow dryer, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, ice maker, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been going to the beach every summer for many years. This was absolutely the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. They even had flashlights for walking on the beach at night! Everything was very clean and in great working condition. Owners were very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
