Stayed Jan 28, 2026The place was fabulous and only. 1/2 mile from the venue we were attending. Beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. Host responded quickly to emails. We want to stay there next year if available.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025The cobdo unut we rented was very nice. What we did not like was the owner was obviously watching us on a door cam and repeatedly contacted me about heavy motion in and out of unit(which was absolutely not the case). She also repeatedly mentioned that all kitchenware/decor taken out of unit be returned to unit(Obviously watched this on csmers) Now first of all, my entire immediate family were renting 3 units in Kings Grant. We had no more motion in/our out of the unit than we have ever had in previous year(mind you we have been renting 2-3 units for multiple years). We used a large bowl to make a salad which we brought to my sister's unit she was renting(My entire family was having dinner together). We returned the bowl as we would never use something and not return it. We felt our privacy was somewhat invaded and will not be renting from this owner again. We have never had any complaints from former condo owners as we are considerate, respectful, responsible adults renting condos with our entire immediate family to enjoy our yearly vacation to North Myrtle Beach.
