How close is the beach It's right across the street! Our condo sits above Tyson Park. You simply cross Pacific Street and take the stairs down to the sand and the public playground.
Is there an elevator No. This is a classic coastal complex. You must be able to climb stairs to reach the second-floor entrance and to access the underground garage.
What should I bring We provide a starter kit of paper products, bath soap, shampoo, and laundry/dish detergent. For longer stays, you may need to restock these items. We provide all linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
Is there parking for large SUVs We provide two assigned underground spots. Please note the garage clearance is 6 feet. Please check your vehicle height before arrival!
What are the house rules regarding noise To comply with the City of Oceanside's Good Neighbor Policy, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. This is a peaceful residential complex—no parties or events are allowed.
What is your verification process For the security of our owners and guests, all bookings made within 30 days of arrival require an ID and Credit Card verification check. This includes a photo of your ID, the credit card used, and a selfie.

    This is a wonderful vacation property. The building is easy to access, very quiet and conveniently located for walking to the beach and restaurants. The property was well appointed with comfortable furnishings, had a fully supplied kitchen, and the patio view was absolutely perfect. I had terrific support from the management which made the stay even easier. Would absolutely stay here again!
