Nice clean place. Unfortunately due to the cold weather we were unable to use the beach or pool

We liked that it was on the beach and had a great pool. The only issue we experienced was the dryer was not drying. Besides that, we would recommend this to anyone!

Pool is closed which we were not aware of until we checked in. It was very inconvenient since we have 2 under 20 months. The property provided no information prior to check in about the other pools to use and I had to call multiple numbers to get an answer. There was no map or property information provided for our stay until I asked for it. The coffee maker continued to say it needed to be cleaned. The view is beautiful. Condo is nice. We made the most of our stay. Just wish for better communication!

Master suite has a wall of windows so you can wake up and go to sleep, enjoying the ocean, beautiful patio as well. Very easy beach access, and although the pool was closed for renovations we did have access to the pool at Beachside one. There was construction happening in the unit above us, which was the only negative, otherwise 10 out of 10!!

There is no check in/out early. The Sandestin advertises the ability to use the tram system rather than having to rent a car but there was no place to check bags so you get stuck having to carry them around with you when you get there and leave which was very impractical with golf clubs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view were excellent! However, we had frequent power outages and had to reset the breaker multiple times. The fixtures were problematic, with the sink and toilet paper holder falling apart during use. The fridge didn't close properly, and there were limited cooking utensils, so we had to make do with what was available. Despite these issues, the proximity to the beach made it convenient, especially with kids. Overall, the location made up for the drawbacks.

The nice thing is there are great blinds that block out the light so you aren't woken up at the crack of dawn. It is super convenient to walk straight down to the beach. This resort is very spread out so we were thankful that we were right on the beach.

Condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Access to beach and pool is quick and easy. Great parking also.We love eating at Stinky’s Fish Camp in Santa Rosa Beach, The Red Bar in Grayton Beach, and Roberto’s Pizza at Baytown Wharf in Miramar Beach. For breakfast you won’t want to miss The Donut Hole in Santa Rosa Beach. Highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation!
