Coastal Heaven-Ocean Walk 1201 / 105 SE 58th Street

Perfect place for a family to stay at the beach.

We loved our stay! The location is truly excellent - just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. It made everything so convenient and enjoyable. The beach itself is beautiful, but keep in mind that the high tides can creep in, so get there early to avoid relocating later in the day. WiFi was a bit spotty during our stay, but it gave us the perfect excuse to truly unplug. One small suggestion: heavier curtains in the bedrooms would be a great addition. The current blinds/curtains let in some light from the stairway at night and morning sun. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was great for a beach week. The location was close to the beach strand. The walk was short and there was a view from the porch. The condo was spacious. The beds were all very firm (some may like this) and you do need to bring everything (bedding for 6 beds can be a lot to travel with) but we didnt need to use all the beds so it was not an issue for us. Oak Island beach is kind of narrow so not a lot of space on the beach. You will have to be close to your neighbors and the tide comes in really far. This just led to.early arrivals at the beach but i loved my stay. Property was managed by Coastal vacations. They were kind and informative. The host never responded to VRBO communication. If a need comes up definitely work with the realty company.

We stayed in this condo on Spring Break. To be said it is in a condo building. The dishwasher had a problem and they quickly came and fixed whatever was wrong! The king bedroom and the bunk room are the bedroom combos that share the jack and Jill bathroom. The balcony has perfect beach views with access from the king room and the living room. The parking is covered under the condos drive in spots for two vehicles. We had a van and an SUV and had plenty of room. My MAIN complaint is that there's no curtains and the lights from the walkway that leads to the condo is REALLY bright in the bunk room. There's blinds but some thick curtains would help significantly. The elevator location is conviently right outside the apartment/condo. The beach access was an easy walk with a sidewalk the whole way. Things were easily walkable. We walked a lot of places from the condo. The vacation rental management company was super nice. We would consider staying here again for sure depending on our group!

Everything was fine and according to description. Great location. Check-out procedures were unclear but everything else was great.

Very nice

The condo is better than the pictures: very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Parking is easy and reserved. The beach is beautiful, and the location and price was great. The elevator is a plus too! The walk to the beach with two young children did prove to be a bit difficult because the path to get to the beach consists of makeshift stairs, construction, and a busy road. I also did find picking the keys up at a different location inconvenient after driving so long with little ones; keyless entry would be nice. Regardless, I was very happy with our stay and would book again.
