You won't have to venture far from your homebase for an abundance of coastal activities, as the shared indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, shared fitness facility, and beach access are at your fingertips. After you have had your fill of adventure, make your way inside to relax in bliss with loved ones in the comfortable living area as the smells of a home-cooked meal waft in from the full kitchen. The adorable dining area will be just the place to gather for meals or game nights, and French doors open up to one of the bedrooms to allow this space to have a unique, airy feel.

Things to Know



All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.



ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY

Beginning 9/2025 through 5/20/2026.

Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work.

All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below.

As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests.

This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.

    I’ve been coming to OB for 28 never used this management company. For the price outside furniture was torn , should be replaced. I have pics of inside places that weren’t clean unless asked . But we love OB so it makes it hard to complain. Next time I’ll use my preferred management company .

    This property is right on the beach, with a great view. Clean, simple check in, great pool, lazy river and hot tubs. We had a fun and relaxing spring break and may be back next March.

    This condo was a great place for our family (ages 56 to 3) to gather for a memorable weekend. Condo was exactly as advertised. 100% clean, fully stocked, everything worked, good Wi-Fi... The property is also exceptional and the staff was very friendly. We love the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, short walk to the beach, pickleball, fast elevators, etc. We'll definitely be back.

    Condo was good, but not well maintained. Fault was with Vacasa. Biggest issue was clogged toilet in master suite which took management company almost two weeks to resolve. Booked for one month. Left after two weeks. Lost interest in staying at the property. Will never book through Vacasa again.

    We had to wait to check in because they were not finished cleaning and when we checked in it still wasn't very clean. They did refund a portion of our fee for late check in. There were only 4 wash clothes in the unit. We were there in January and there were no blankets in the unit and one room with 2 beds only had sheets for covers. The others had light coverlets. When we called the property manager we were told they would bring blankets but never did. I called them several times about this.
