Coastal Escape: Luxe Condo with Ocean Views, Rooftop Deck & Heated Pool!

Love the rooftop views, didn't like dogs barking.managemet should restrict pets

Very clean and well decorated. Perfect location right on the beach and very close to the pier. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient after a day at the beach. We were thankful for the outdoor shower when you reenter the pool from the beach to wash off all the sand.

The host was very friendly and available to answer any questions. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach and close to other amenities and attractions. I would definitely stay there again!

Overall good, the bathrooms very small no storage. The tub and shower have slick surfaces, could be dangerous .

Location! Location! Location! This place put us at the heart of it all…beach, pier, pool, shops, and entertainment! Everything we enjoyed was within 1 mile. The condo was perfect! The only thing I’d recommend to the host would be to have more pots and pans. I’m a big fan of cooking most of my own meals when staying in a residence vs a hotel. There was only one pot and two baking sheets. I had to get creative, but I did make it work. I will still rate it 5 stars.

Staff was amazing. It was clean except mold on the ceilings in the bathrooms. They were cleaned right away but it came back while we were there. Not the fault of management but not ideal. The photos were taken when everything was brand new. While it is still nice, it is definitely not brand new, so do not expect it to be.

This is our second stay at this property, this time our parents joined us in another unit! This unit is clean and has all the necessary items needed in the kitchen and to enjoy the beach. Steps away from the beach, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises on the beach and sunsets on the rooftop. We also enjoyed three rocket launches from the rooftop! Will be back!

Our condo was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and pier. It was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The heated pool was very nice. We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back!

First time VRBO, the condo was exactly as pictured represented, and was very clean. The property is on the beach, and was spotless. Everything functioned as expected, family had a great Christmas break. Highly recommend, and will come back.

Was able to host a relaxing family vacation. Location wise, it doesn’t get any better. Roof deck was a great amenity as we took in the sunrise and sunset from there and the beach. Would recommend this location for any one visiting cocoa beach and I would definitely come again.
