Stayed Jul 18, 2025Was fine, was some things in master bathroom, toilet kept running or would start running on it’s on, bathroom switch needed to be replaced was hard to come on if at all at times.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Property is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Enjoyed time with family and fishing on our boat everyday. Great place for a boat!The only issue would be parking passes with security. Everything was handled ahead of time by host but when we arrived no parking passes. We had all the information at hand but they did not want to see it. Told us to contact our host. I did have a physical copy and handed to them! Finally passes were issued after an unnecessary unfriendly delay.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This property was perfect for our family vacation. We love the Caribe Resort for all the amenities. The kids had a blast on the water slides and lazy river, and the proximity to the marina made renting a boat for the day very convenient. The condo is spacious and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of seating on the balcony. With multiple beach access points near by, it felt like the best of both worlds, would definitely recommend.

Stayed May 15, 2025The property was great and it looked just like the pictures. It was spacious to the point my sister and I were planning a family trip down to Alabama…maybe for next year. The location is great…where a trolley will take you to the beach across the street. You drive over the bridge and there are restaurants and Publix isn’t that far from the place either. The pools were great. When I had questions…Fran was there to answer in a timely fashion. If you’re thinking of an Alabama trip…stay here!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025This condo and resort were amazing. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The beds were super comfy and the view was amazing. Our family of four rated this vacation a 10/10. The host was great from the very beginning making sure we had all our ducks in a row and then would check in with us making sure we were happy. The condo was clean and the stay was great! The pools were so fun for all of us and the temp of the water was perfect.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025From arrival to departure and everything in between…. FIVE STARS! Fran, the property manager, truly goes above & beyond for her guests. She answered and addressed all questions and concerns with excellency. We will definitely be returning! The property was so clean, elegantly decorated, and had such great views!
