Coastal Elegance: Recently Updated 2BR/2BA East-Facing Condo in Westwinds at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!

From check in to check out we were informed about everything , even checked mid trip to see if accommodations and everything was going well. Condo was everything that was advertised. Grounds and pool were clean and very nice. Glad to know if we had needed anything, it would have been taken care of.

Great stay - just needed to fix a few things like the toilet handle, but otherwise very nice!

We had a wonderful Fall Break in Sandestin. We have stayed in Westwinds on several occasions, and will likely come back again! We love the area and section of beach on the Emerald Coast! Some of our favorites are Baytowne Wharf, Donut Hole, Go-Carts, Fudpuckers, Boshamps, Boathouse Oyster Bar, and the Destin Harbor Boardwalk (the zip line is cool). This specific condo was more than adequate for our family of four. The furnishings are clean, and everything is in good working order. As this condo is managed by the Sandestin community, check-in is more laborious and restrictive but only a minor inconvenience. We've stayed in other condos operated by private owners and found those units tend to be a little easier (door codes) and more elaborate with their amenities (beach chairs, golf carts, sundries, etc.) We have no problem recommending this unit to others, and we truly enjoyed our time!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was at the end of the hallway and had nice views but long hallway from the elevator. The beds slept great. I would stay again but not with elderly parents due to location. Overall love the resort!

Would stay here again. View was perfection. I would recommend replacing carpet with tile. (Stains) and upgrade TVs.

Excellent stay. Condo was very nice and clean Master bedroom had great view of the Gulf. We loved the balcony with the furniture! Parking easy access to elevators. Highly recommend.

We have stared at this exact property 3 of the last 4 years with no issues what so ever. This time it was a disaster. When arriving we noticed 3 issues right away, the front door wouldn’t shut all the way, the back door was broke and wouldn’t lock and the ice maker was damaged on the fridge. Maintenance quickly fixed everything. Day 2-3 we had no cable in the room, spoke to someone at the service desk but ended up calling Cox, wasting 2 hours and getting it fixed. Day 3-4-5 the shower curtain rod in the bathroom to the left fell, we eventually fixed it ourselves. Day 5-6-7 the dryer had a drum issue inside and made a sound like nails on a chalk board when running it. They came, looked at it and had to return the next day. They replaced it but within 24 hours the same noise. It’s not a noise you want to hear for hours when you are on vacation. It became so bad we just decided we would do our laundry when we got home. This is a very nice condo and location, I really hope the owner puts the money to have some things improved I did see they redone both showers with new tile, but the same shower heads, that didn’t make much sense. If these upgrades are made the view and location are amazing, but by far the worst vacation experience we have ever had having to constantly wait on maintenance to come visit our room.

We had a wonderful stay at this Westwinds condo. It was clean and had ample space for our family of 4. We especially enjoyed the large balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean. If you like to cook, I recommend bringing your own dish soap, sponge, dish towels and paper towels as these are not provided. Otherwise the kitchen was appointed well.
