Stayed Oct 8, 2025House was nice, very clean, plenty to do. Only downside was the master bed was the firmest bed I’ve ever slept in, really uncomfortable.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The location was perfect. Close to the bike trails and the pool and being on the water was so nice bc we got to see gators swimming and the blue herons were everywhere. The property was decorated very coastal. Loved it and would definitely request this villa again.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025This waterfront condo was in the perfect location. Loved the coastal feel of the unit and seeing the gators! It was close to the pool which was well maintained and we rented bikes for the beautiful bike trails in the Shipyard community. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Stayed Apr 19, 2025The place was beautifully appointed. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. . We didn’t cook but kitchen had everything needed. The golf course club house is across from Evian entry gate. Beach is a 3 minute drive. Restaurants all handy. We enjoyed the pool. Many tennis courts and bike paths. It would be hard to find a place this nice for the price.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is nicely centrally located on the island and a short bike ride to the beach. The neighbors were very friendly and offered recommendations. I’d stay here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024What a great condo! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed from a keurig to extra blankets and a washer/dryer. It was perfect for our family of four. We were able to bike to the beach (8 minute ride) every day, use the nearby tennis courts, and swim in the pool. The patio with a lagoon view was peaceful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife from the bridge. It is centrally located and coligny is in biking distance. We had a great stay!
