Coastal condo with free WiFi, on-site pool & hot tub

The view and the location are absolutely perfect, but sadly it ends there. Previous renters mentioned the bed needing to be replaced. Little did I know what they meant. The mattress may be my preference as it lacks any firmness, but the bed frame is completely wobbly. It makes noise with ANY MOVEMENT! Not ideal on vacation. There were cob webs in the ceiling corner above the TV and food left in the dishwasher, and the flooring sunk in by the toilet/tub. I can only imagine the mold under it as there is a huge gap when you step. Many outlets were not holding our plugs in. The items provided were pretty old: iron didn’t work well and is burnt, the vacuum was dusty on the outside and I had to use the attachments to get it to work, I’ll get to the worst part and the reason I spoke up. The washer/dryer combo. The washer wouldn’t get the sand out of our clothes, even after a second wash and of course us rinsing off using the shower by the pool, BUT the dryer… it’s lost a lot of enamel and burnt several of our clothes and many clothes were getting stuck in a hole in the dryer and thus caused holes in our clothes. We contacted Vacasa. They sent someone out to inspect everything and found that the washer/dryer did need replacing. We even pointed out the broken patio door, which he said was a safety hazard and needed replacing. After pointing out so many things, we were offered to move to a new unit. I hope all of these things get addressed. Vacasa did reimburse us for the clothes.

We had a great stay at Gulf Place. The condo had an incredible view of the gulf and sunsets. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room had ample seating for our family. We had a great week!

Nice condo in a great location. Very convenient to the beach and plenty of food/shopping withing walking distance. Complex had minor construction going on during my stay, but was hardly a problem.

Would have been okay if not for all the stairways under construction that was not mentioned on the website,or the elevator that was out of service frequently during our visit.

Great proximity to restaurants, shops and beach! Great view of beach from balcony. Relaxing stay. Rented bikes for our stay and had them delivered. Bike path along 30A was a great way to start the morning! No beach chairs or beach towels so make sure you bring your own or you'll have to buy them. Otherwise, peaceful and fun family time.

The unit was a good fit for our needs. The ocean view from the living room and balcony was perfect.

Being a single parent it's difficult to find nice places to stay by the beach that are affordable. This place was perfect and affordable, already planning a longer trip for next year!

We had a great stay at this beautiful coastal condo. It was the perfect location with easy access to stores, some food, and most importantly the beach! Will definitely be back!

Overall we would stay again. Quick little walk to the beach. Bed was comfy. Unit was clean. But it did have an odd smell which I think was coming from the carpet. If the carpet was replaced , it would be so much better. Thanks for a great stay!
