Coastal condo w/ private beach access & resort amenities in Miramar Beach!

Roaches! Stay away!

Really clean condo, it was within walking distance to the beach. Offered two pools one heated and one non heated. Comfortable beds. Close to Destin and plenty of shopping and dining options. What I didn't like was the outlets are loose in the rooms, the lights flickered a lot during our stay but other then that was nice and would return

Great location and clean property

Great location, and the Beach Service was fantastic! Family of four (with two tween/teen boys) staying for the 4th of July holiday week. We used the pool a lot and tried out the pickleball courts. Had a maintenance issue with a lanai door the first day there, and contact with the manager was smooth and efficient, with a repair person there shortly after my call. Condo was nice, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but I do wish they would leave some seasonings in the cabinet. The welcome boxes contained enough supplies to get us through the entire week on dishes and trash bags, which was a plus.

Condo was clean and cozy. The beach walk was a 2 minute breeze.

Everything was PERFECT! Location, cleanliness, extra towels, all the kitchen was fully stocked with more dishes than you could possibly use. There was beach accessories available for use. It was very cozy and perfect for our group of cheerleaders who traveled down for a cheer competition! Highly recommend!!!!!

Had a great time! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Lots to do in the area and great restaurants!

Very comfortable and clean!

The location is great! Right across the street from the ocean, 5 minute walk tops. Heated pool, hot tub, corn hole, pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffle board, basketball hoop and pavillion all in a central location. There is also a big yard for other yard games. Lots to do when you need a break from the beach.

I so enjoyed our stay at this apartment! I especially enjoyed the ease of communication with management. Everything I asked for was honored. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Unfortunately, our stay was cut shirt by almost two days due to hurricane Helene. Up to that point, it was a great trip. This is probably our families 9th time staying at a Marra villa unit, and we have no reasons to complain about this unit.

Everything about this place is great. Only negative is as a returning guest we didn’t read the fine print that stated the balcony is currently closed, but only a small inconvenience.

The property was immaculate & easy to check in/out. The little starter packets of kitchen & bath products was an extra nice touch! I’ve stayed in MANY rentals and I don’t think I’ve ever seen that. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves, individually or together. We especially enjoyed the deck for our morning coffee. It was a pretty short walk to the private beach, and although the property came with 2 beach chairs, the beach included a paid service with chairs & umbrellas, if you prefer not to carry your own stuff. The pool out front was nice too. Would definitely stay here again & with this rental company if we come back to this area!

This was a perfect place for us! Very inviting, lots of space, quiet location.
