Coastal condo w/ hot tub, sauna & pool

We had a great time!

We were asked to provide a lot of additional personal information over email to the rental company, like a photo of us holding our photo ID and credit card with all but the last 4 numbers blocked out. That seemed unnecessary and when I called they sent a representative to the lobby to glance at my driver's license instead. Strange, but the accommodations were lovely.

Amazingly responsive management.

Great place to stay & close to shopping & dining. Very close to Barefoot Landing. We fished from the beach in front of resort & caught fish. Would recommend for a small family. The only con’s were the floors need mopping & the indoor pool was in the process of being remodeled. But it wasn’t a deal breaker. Would stay again.

Loved being right on the beach with wonderful views. Unit was clean and well equipped.

The property is beautiful and in a great location but it was 21 degrees outside and they do not allow you to change the thermostat so we could never get warm. The thermostat read 69 but it was clearly much colder but they keep the thermostat locked so it can't be changed. We ended up changing rooms.

Only issue was indoor pool was under renovations and not stated up front. Everything else was great.

Did not appreciate someone trying to get in our room when it was not even the day we were supposed to check out.

Bathtub was stopped up so we were showering in nasty water. Bathroom door stuck to the floor and wouldn't shut or move. Maintenance came at 830pn and didn't fix the shower and it was a hassle the whole vacation. Very poor management and these problems should be fixed before anyone checks in. Wouldn't stay here again.

Check-in process could’ve been smoother, meaning, to be clear— when needing all of spouses information as well and sending a text instead of an email with the condo key code

Overall the stay was pleasant. The beach is great. This resort has also many clean pools to choose from.The views of the ocean are wonderful, there is some upgrades done in this unit, kitchen and bathroom, however the bathtub was not and has mold around the grout (not good), and shower head is outdated. This building is old. We also found the following things that did not meet our expectations that we consider basic amenities: There is no lid on trash can in kitchen / living space ( really gross),very cheap plastic for some of kitchen utensils and cups.The coffee maker was dirty and we had to clean it. There is no drying matt / rack for dishes in the kitchen No trivets ( challenging to move a hot .pans) no ladle or strainer. Additionally, 2 towels that were hanging on the towel rack both have huge bleach stains.

Balcony is perfect for watching beautiful sunrises!

Overall stay was great! Room was very updated . The beds were alittle bit too firm but didnt really affect our stay. Check in was very painless. Parking was tight but manageable. Very nice pools and pool desk. Easy beach access.

If you’re looking for an updated condo that’s: very clean, has a fantastic view, that’s easily accessible, with pool access, & direct beach access, look no further b/c this is the one. The 16th floor view was amazing to have all weekend. Julie was a tremendous host! We look forward to booking again.

Had a wonderful stay again. This is the second time we have stayed with Big Fish Rentals. Enjoyed both times. Beds are comfy and everything you need for a great stay is already provided.
