Coastal Condo w/ Balcony in North Myrtle Beach!

Lovely location right in a guarded beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed expect for beach towels but a quick trip to the store got us all we needed. Condo was as described in listing, clean and spacious living area for the 4 of us. Being right on the beach and having great weather was perfect. Ice cream shop across the street, restaurant directly next door, and all other essentials in a short driving distance.

The apartment number was not provided, so we had to call and wait to be connected with someone to obtain the information. I felt that info should have been provided ahead of time to make this process easier. The place was a little dusty, and the floors sticky. could have used extra linens to appropriately use the pillows for people who slept in the living room. Or let us know, I would have brought extra with us. The location was awesome, and plenty of beach equipment was available.

Stylish, clean, and right on the beach. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Check out the pub next door - carry-out margs! Ice cream shop and beachwear shop within walking distance. We bought local seafood and had a crab boil. I had to buy a stock pot and donated it to the condo so the next family can do the same! Thanks for the hospitality!

It was amazing! I was blown away with the actual condo. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Great view, great layout.

First of all, let me start with the positives. This unit was incredibly comfortable, cozy & clean! Whoever did the interior decorating in this unit is a genius in making a “smaller square footage condo” feel like a “larger” condo. There were 4 of us staying there & there was plenty of room & we didn’t feel “on top of each other”. The unit was very clean & very tastefully decorated. We appreciated all the “extras”: plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, the board games, & the beach chairs. Unfortunately, while we were there they were doing concrete construction & we had to listen to all that noise all day long. Also, the codes we got for the pool/gym were wrong & it took over an hour to get a response & it still wasn’t the correct code. It was frustrating because we were looking forward to using the hot tub. The unit also had what appeared to be fruit flies~they would end up on our drinks & would fly around our head. It was more of an annoyance. And FYI: the indoor pool will be CLOSED for a week beginning December 8 for a week so they can do concrete work on it. But overall, I would highly recommend this gem-despite the construction noise, we still had a great time!

Check in was a bit of a hassle didn’t get any info on how to check in when arriving to the property had to call the emergency line after driving 5 hours to find out what unit I had purchased no communication with the contact what so ever after a few emails and calls very hard to get ahold of especially after business hours other than that no issue room was clean very quiet great view of the beach and ocean hot tub was hot and felt great the heated pool no so much heated

We had a very relaxing few days, we have stayed in this building before and love the location and have always had a very positive experience!!

The condo is in a great spot, in an older complex that is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again, appreciate how clean it was. Just fyi if you have taller family members the showers are a little tight. A great stay overall and we were glad there were extra chairs and umbrellas as well!

Easy check in

This condo was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s very small but cleverly designed so there is a place for all your things. The view is amazing and the balcony very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated throughout and the mattress was perfect for me. The people who live in this condo community are super nice and friendly. The parking is great! Drawbacks - there is noise outside at night.. I brought my sound machine from home and ear plugs that helped. There were a few heavy smokers nearby apparently so we inhaled quite a bit of second hand smoke in the balcony- you can’t control that though. The television is a smart tv so if you take your 85 year old dad who doesn’t deal with the internet at all, be prepared to help him find something he can watch. The pool isn’t small so if you are wanting to spend much time in the pool, I would look elsewhere. And, finally, in the bathroom nearest the ocean, the sink and shower controls were backwards- hot is all the way to the right and cold is on the left. Evolve was very responsive when I reached out for help. All in all, we had a very restful vacation and enjoyed staying here!

This is probably the most accurate listing I’ve stayed at, which is nice. Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Cute, clean. Everything we needed. There were a few beach chairs provided which was very helpful. Beach was nice, a few things were in walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again,

We very much enjoyed staying at this location. It was clean and in an excellent location. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress was pretty bad and the air did not blow through the vent in one of the bedrooms. Also, the condo was next to an Irish pub which was fabulous during the day, but the window in the second bedroom was super thin and you could hear all the rowdiness and partying at night until they closed at 2 am. But we would stay again.

Everything was great except the floors were a light dirty, no extra toilet paper and no hand soap. This condo was updated and nice.
