Neat, clean and very comfortable. Close to town and beaches and only a 20 minute ride to downtown Portland to tours, shopping and restaurants. Owners quick to respond with any questions and very information with providing suggestions as to places to see and do during your stay

Easy walk to beach, downtown, pier, restaurants, and amusement park.

We traveled from Michigan for my daughter’s graduation for her master degree from Unity Environmental university. We have great fun despite it was raining the whole time we were in Maine. The house is very comfortable and clean.

Nice place, the smoke detectors in the barrooms did a strange strobing affect for the first minute or so once the lights were turned off. It was a bit difficult to find.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Great place, clean and spacious for a family of six. Very close to the Pier, easy to come and go to the beach during the day. Having the washer/dryer/dishwasher is a definite plus. All kitchen needs were there to make homemade meals. Bravo! Merci beaucoup!

4 of us stayed in Old Orchard Beach for 4 nights en route to New Hampshire. It’s a great location from which to explore more of Maine. The condo is walking distance to the beach, the pier, restaurants and shops but set back in a quieter neighborhood away from the hubbub. There are train tracks nearby, and the trains run frequently and are noisy, but turning on the window fan helped keep things quiet. This place looked like it was newly (& nicely) redecorated and so, so clean and clutter free. The king bed in the primary room was literally the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on; so comfortable we had to find the label so we could get one for ourselves. We really appreciated having 2 bathrooms too. Everything we needed was provided - bedding, towels, beach chairs, kitchen stuff. Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. It was exactly as pictured, and perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was the perfect size, and everything was very clean. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer available for use too. The bedrooms were a good size and we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortability of the beds. My kids absolutely loved the beds and the room they got to share. My son asked if we could come back again just for the bed. The sheets were also super soft. The house is in a perfect location, we were able to walk to the beach in about 10 minutes, and we enjoyed walking to restaurants in town, the boardwalk, and the amusement park. We also were able to drive up to Portland a few times, and even some sites farther north. There was a TV in each bedroom, and a huge one in the living room with all the apps you could want. We appreciated that the air conditioning was on when we arrived since it was hot out, and we were perfectly comfortable every night. There are plenty of board games to play and maps and menus to peruse which helped us out on a few occasions. All in all a great spot and a great house.

This condo was the absolute perfect location in a nice, quiet neighborhood but still super close to shops and the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We'd definitely stay here again.
