Everything was in good working order however, we did find trash in cabinet (old muffin), empty fruit carton by the bed along with some other trash.

Condo was very clean, ac was cold and kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you needed for cooking. All of the staff was very accommodating and very nice. One of the best vacations we have had.

Property and Location were great! Hot Tub was very dirty for the first couple days we were there. We also had a water main problem where we lost water for quite a while. We just went out to dinner and had water the next morning. Beach was Amazing! We loved our belcony and views. All and all it was a great week and we would definitely stay again!

The staff at Pelican Walk moved us to 912 for the time it took. 912 is a very nice unit. Good furniture and decor. The bed is very comfortable and the amenities are as advertised it is a very a very comfortable unit. Nice view of the beach from the balcony which features comfortable chairs and a nice high table and chairs. If you have an opportunity to stay in this unit you will find it very much to your liking.

Saw porpoises and mantas from the balcony and stunning sunsets. I've started here for 7 years.

Looks to have been recently renovated. Couldn’t ask for a closer walk to the beach. West elevator’s inspection certificate was expired. This was our third time staying at Pelican Walk. We really like it, but the elevators have been iffy each of those times which might lead us to another location. The day of our check in the office said the west elevator had not been working but was now working.
