Stayed Nov 22, 2025Communication with host was quick and plentiful prior to our stay. Unit was just as pictured, large 2 bedroom and nicely decorated. We were allowed early access by the host. Beach views were nice and Cocoa Beach is wonderful.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Rocky start with a broken elevator upon arrival but Melanie & Jaden were on top of getting maintenance out here quick. The unit is beautiful and as advertised. Great place to stay for a fun family weekend.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Thia was a noce location for our family to gather. We had a family pool to go to, so we didnt use the pool. Great views of rocket launches from the beach. Unit faces south, so you cant see launches ftom the balcony.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Did not know the area at all so was nervous booking, WHAT A GREAT SURPRISE! Cute unit with lots of room for myself and husband and BIL AND SIL! Very clean and organized! Well stocked kitchen made cooking and ease! Quite complex and located within minutes of anything. Nice walk on beach.The balcony was larger than expected and nice view although not direct oceanfront.
