Step into a spacious, quiet 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft on the ground floor of Espadin LoHi. ADA-accessible throughout with barrier-free entry, wide doorways, grab bars, and building elevator to the rooftop deck.

THE SPACE:
King bed in the primary bedroom and Queen bed in the second bedroom sleep 4 comfortably. Twin rollaway beds are available upon request for additional guests up to 6. No shared walls keep the space peaceful even on busy Zuni Street. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

PARKING:
Free street parking. Spots are generally available -- occasionally need to circle the block on busy evenings.

    Property was beautiful and tastefully decorated; well stocked with what you need. The only reason I didn’t rate overall excellent was the hearing was not working well so it was a very cold stay. But the host was as very communicative and did all they could to help. I will stay again if I’m in the area!

    This is a nice, clean, and spacious property. We stayed for 3 nights. The kitchen has updated appliances. Comfy beds. If I could give “4.5 stars” I would for a few minor things. It’s hard to tell what door to go through at check-in. It’s unmarked and in the right… then you’ll find the apt door. Traffic gets noisy at about 7:30 am, so we used a sound machine. Otherwise, this is a great property, and we’d stay here again.

    I would have giving it all 5 stars cause every thing has room for improvements. I just couldn't find any duri g our stay. It was perfect.

    This was the perfect location to walk around the Lohi neighborhood and all the way downtown. The property was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. Communication with the host was quick and efficient.
