Stayed Oct 5, 2025Our family of 4 stayed at this condo and it was perfect for us. Everything was so clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and the location was great! The digital guestbook they sent in advance really helped us with planning our trip. We would stay here again!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Nikki and Terry were helpful and accessible hosts. I have stayed in Watercolor for 25 years and found this unit to be the cleanest and most conveniently located we have ever stayed in. Nikki was so forgiving about some wear and tear we put on the rental and kindly got a cleaning plan in place. I highly recommend staying at this property or any of her other rentals.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The property was in an excellent location and the pictures don’t even do it justice! The location to the beach and Seaside couldn’t be any better. I mostly dealt with Nikki and she took care of any need we had and was super responsive throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend this home if you plan to visit the Seaside area.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024I can't say enough great things about the property and our host, Nikki. In my opinion there is not a better location in Watercolor than this condo. Views are gorgeous, steps from the beach and from the WaterColor Inn. The condo itself was beautiful. You can tell it was recently updated and they spared no expense. The check-in/checkout process was a breeze. The app contains all the information you need for your stay and then some. It was such a great feature and made our vacation easier to navigate. In short, we loved our stay so much we are planning another one next year.
