Closest 2 BR to the Beach! Hilton Head Condo

The owners thought of everything you would need. Wonderful place with views of the ocean and all the amenities!

The accommodations were great the view and access to the beach were fantastic. Disappointed with the air traffic and proximity to the airport.

I have never been to HHI before and was quite nervous. We had a fantastic stay! When i booked, I didnt realize that the sound wasn't a swimming beach, but thats on me. There are very nice beaches close by and so many things to do on the island! My communication with the property manager was prompt and always helpful! The unit was very nice, clean, and well accomodated.

The property is NOT on a swimming beach. Perhaps I missed it, but I thought this was located adjacent to what I would call beach access. It is on what I would call a coastal waterfront. We had to get in the truck and drive to a beach park. Other than that, the property was clean and comfortable. The TVs were not simple and could be challenging for older guests.

I had numerous communications with the property manager (owner possibly) - he was very nice and easy to deal with. The property was extremely clean and the housekeeping was very responsive to our request for more towels. The pictures make the unit look a bit bigger than it is. The master bedroom is crowded due to the size of the king bed and the second bedroom is crowded with the two twin beds. There were four of us, but we had a wonderful stay.

The place and the location are very cozy and great location to every place around which was great. However, we did not know there was no elevator and the directions did not say it was an even building or an odd building.

Clean and spacious condo.

This is an older condo that is just so so. Twin bedroom is tiny and fortunately one friend had Covid and wasn’t able to come because there would be no room for suitcases for 2 people, as I had to use the spare bed for mine. Very noisy mattress/hard pillows. No live TV—only streaming, so wasn’t able to watch football. Contacted owner via text, but never heard back. Worst part was there were no elevators, and we had to carry suitcases and all belongings up a huge flight of stairs. On a positive note, beach is very private, however, it isn’t a swimming beach. In addition, pool is close to unit just behind stairwell. Paper towels, and toiletries supplied.

We were very disappointed with the ocean front. It's not Ocean front, it's barely a beach, you can't swim, it's dirty and mucky water and sand. We had to travel to other beaches to swim. We choose beach front so we can walk out the door to the beach and swim, this was not the case here. The condo was out dated but perfect for what we needed. It was spacious and clean. The grounds were nicely kept and the pools were nice as well. We would not stay here again because of the beach/muck but if you are looking for a nice place to just relax, it's perfect.
